Beverly at Kelowna
Poorly managed, zero parking for oversized vehicles and even a very limited number of visitor spots (3 for whole building). Roof top patio also poorly done with no furniture, BBQ or anything really. Not worth the price

Beverly at Kelowna
Very exciting midtown project across the highway from Landmark business park, with easy access to the Kelowna Rail Trail. I fell in love with this project when looking at the developer's scale model of the 5,000 sq.ft. roof top patio... so cool!
