Such an amazing agency!!!!!When I was searching for an agency to help me with PSW’s for my Dad, I was skeptical because their prices were lower than the competition. I am so glad I found them!!!!!!! So efficient , so prompt, so reliable and all their PSW’s are warm, friendly, very capable , and very reliable. I can’t say enough great things about them!!!!!They accommodate my constantly changing needs re times, days, etc. at a day’s notice. Customer service is unbelievable.

Otelio runs a wonderful operation. He is well organized and all of his staff check in with him regularly so that the care for his clients is seamless. In Addition, his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Also, he was there for my ailing parents when we had an emergency in our family and was able to provide care almost instantly. Working with them is such an ease because I choose my working hours that depends on my availability and there is no pressure at all. Very positive experience with Care on Demand. Professional and prompt service. Otelio and his team bend over backwards to ensure they provide care for my mom’s unpredictable (and sometimes last minute) health needs and I truly appreciate it. The care workers are friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about their client’s needs. I have been very happy with this company. They have taken a lot of stress away from me and would recommend.

Care on Demand came through for me 100% when I needed to find immediate care for my 93 year old mother, as my dad had just gone into the hospital where he would remain for 3 months. The two young women who provided 30 hours of care a week for my mom were excellent caregivers - kind, gentle and expert. My mother loved them. They stayed in regular communication with me, as did the office, if one was going to be a bit late or if we had to deal with bad weather days. I can’t recommend Care on Demand enough.

Their staff have all been very experienced, extremely helpful and courteous and so nice to have around the home. Rates are very competitive as well. I would recommend them very highly.
