Windsor International Transit Terminal

It’s been 1 year I use bus everyday. Their schedule is so bad. Especially bus “”5””.. today bus was full at 12:20 and passed the bus stop they didn’t send a back up bus and we we’re almost 10 people waiting for 40 minutes for next bus..also the drivers are so rude to students. Better think about their services.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review, The special event tunnel bus needs to resume normal operations. The lack of this service creates huge traffic jams that turn a 6 minute drive into a 2-3 hour long mess.

Been taking Windsor transit for about 2 weeks... Buses are constantly late or don't show up they move stops and don't change their site to reflect with Google I'm currently standing at a busy stop for the 1C it is over 5 minutes late and I will be missing my connecting bus due to this a few times is understandable constantly is a disgrace

The only service you pay for that leaving a bad review for means nothing. Constantly buses do not show up. At least twice a week. Buses are overcrowded when you do get on one. Latest is 827 am 1A bus from the terminal on June 6, 826 am the driver told everyone to get off and that another bus would be coming. No other bus came until the standard 847am bus.Surely everyone else who was waiting along with myself are now late to our places of employment and transit Windsor has 0 care if anyone was to lose their job because of bad service from transit. If I pay for a meal and the food is bad, it gets resolved but these guys don't care at all. No explanation no apology. Next bus driver seemed unaware anything had even happened. This is really unacceptable. Put in a complaint with 311.

I can't give them 0, Customer service calls posted on the website were not answered. Today, September 19th,2022, at 9:20, I got on the No. 5 bus to st.clair college at the departure station. Very bad driver! After leaving the departure station, he only parked for the passengers who got off. He did not park for the students waited outside. There was a seat next to me, and there were no standing passengers in the back part of the bus. The students must arrive at the stop early, he did not let them get on , the children have to wait another 20 minutes, and they will be late for class too! His approach made the emotions of our passengers in the bus very depressed. Such people are not fit for public service. I met same driver in the Dominion 5 bus two years ago, in the very cold winter, he didn't stop for me, I felt so sad in the cold.

What the hell is wrong I don’t know. I was waiting for Bus number 6 from 1 hour 32 minutes but the transit app is not showing any accurate results and neither the customer service representative is not having any appropriate answers. They don’t have any kind of value for others time. I know this will mean nothing to them still I am giving my feedback.

Never ever been reliable and lived in this city my whole life, never ever ASSUME the schedule is correct. They do no care about passengers and will just not show up. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR IN DETROIT. It’s a BIG MAYBE if it comes. Prepare for the worse. You may not get home

Ottawa 4 has the worst service. Firstly the bus never comes on time and doesn’t even stops on the bus stop. I waved and still they drove through.! This has happened 5-6 times now. Some drivers are nice but some of them are really rude. Ignoring the passenger waiting on the bus stop and not stopping is really rude.Today the bus was supposed to be at 4:05pm was late by 15mins and driver did not stop on the bus stop and I had to walk all the way to Tecumseh mall and I almost missed my next bus.The bus number was 8007.

I took the bus a while ago it had been long time since I ever taken the bus. I only asked the bus driver - her, a question regarding transit ticket. She so rudely obnoxiously told me to sit down...I was so offended by this women she wears glasses too, her hands all wrapped with rags. A disgusting rude service. Thank god I don't take the bus every day like most people do.

It's a neat, organized, spacious building and terminal, with mostly efficient and helpful staff but the service windows are seldom open to full capacity. One of the women, who usually sits behind the counter at window 1, is exceptionally rude! I wonder why she comes to work if she clearly does not look like she wants to. Accessible from downtown, riverside and Windsor aquatic centre.
