Gaetan is the nicest person I have seen working in a McDonalds always greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing. I hope he inspires others to do the same. He is a wonderful young man.

10:30PM came to pick up my mobile order, was told to come back in 15mins as they’re having a maintenance intervention.10:50PM came back, now I’m told the restaurant is closed, by rude employee, while my order is on the screen inside the store.Asked about a refund - the employee went to check with a supervisor and never came back.On the phone today, I’m told a refund will take up to 1 week to be processed!I like this business model, thinking of opening a McDo myself.Oh also… isn’t this false advertising?

Its a mcdonald. The food is as expectedBut the service is ridiculously long. 15 mins for 2 ice coffee and still i had to go inside to get it.Unacceptable

Why does this McDo close one lane when it’s written both lanes are opened all the time? Why does McDonald’s have to add Fries to your Breakfast instead of the Hash browns? It’s their problem not mine. This place make the most mistakes of any other McDo. Another reason to forget this place altogether because they don’t care!

The service was exceptionally slow. Just over 14 minutes for a simple order while the location was almost emty. The staff was courteous, and the location was clean.

Spent an hour and a half stuck in the drive thru on a friday night because they close the other ways to order after 11pm. 6 people in front of me, 10 behind me. It literally advanced by one car every 10-15 minutes. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes when it was my turn, then another 10 minutes to pay and 15 minutes at the pickup window. It was such a horrible experience and the worse part is that I couldn’t even get out of there because I was stuck amongst so many other people in line.

23 minutes wait time after ordering to get a trio. Easily overwhelmed place, fries were cold, soft drink machine almost spitting solely soda water... How can they fail so hard?

Last night from 12 to 1 am i was in a line of 12 cars only and i was blocked . Getting order was super slow . they did not have my first two options which was poutin and new buger. person on cash was angry somehow.
