Very helpful and responsive office. Super nice staff. They promptly responded to the email regarding visa services and provided very detailed answers to all the questions over the phone. I read reviews of Moldova offices in other countries and the staff is superb anywhere you go. Greatest appreciation of seamless transit visa opportunities for permanent residents of Ukraine, holders of foreign passports to be able to transit via Moldova to reach Ukraine by land in the absence of flights to Ukraine. Such a huge contrast with Schengen countries offices that showed themselves to be rude and unresponsive. Huge thanks to the teams of Moldova embassies around the world.

We needed to renew our passports urgently , payed for 5 days .. now is almost 2 months, still waiting.. lost our tickets, lost so much money..very very unreliable!!!!No one picks the phone. Really bad service!!!!
