After years of wear and tear, I had to get my favorite parka cleaned. I didn't know where to go, as this item that has kept me warm and dry in this lovely Vancouver climate, had to be given some TLC.I took it to this place. I'm glad I did.Now I take all my dry cleaning there.They get the job done. If you're not sure.Just ask them.

The nice folks at Carousel, were very kind and helpful.I needed a couple of small repairs done, and they did not disappoint.I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this place if you care about your wedding dress. I left my dress with them to get a quote and followed up 3 weeks later - was met by a super combative employee telling me I was out of line for expecting a response that quickly. Overall had an off feeling and asked to pick up my dress. When I picked it up, my dress was in a ball at the bottom of the garment bag with a large tear in the bottom of the bag. Upon further inspection there was a large grease stain across the back that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Go to busy bee gold in Fairview.

For years from 2015-2020 Carousel was the pinnacle of cleaning, with Cam the owner being hands on and me trusting all my luxury garments from hoodies to tuxedos over the years.I guess I am to blame one last time, after dropping off items last week again. Put on a Louis Vuitton Crewneck, and it definitely shrunk, and there was more fuzz over the neck and arms then doing laundry in a random airbnb.Next item, an all black dior hoodie. Size went from a XXL to maybe a medium at best, Can’t even wear it anymore, tried stretching it myself and nothing. Upon further inspection, The same white lines from their pressing or starching which will lead to my next comment.Had a black Givenchy hoodie dry cleaned from them last year, it came back with inches long white lines on it. Took it back not only once, but twice to ask them to try to fix the damage. Not only was the damage not fixed, They were share to charge me for a new dry clean each time.Probably out near $10,000 in clothing that has been returned to me in condition that was worse then dropped off, and multiple sizes smaller.When reading this if you can please ensure I am unsubscribed from your weekly spam, the unsubscribe buttons on your emails clearly don't work as I thought I have removed myself multiple times.Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment of using Carousel anymore like myself.The delivery drop off service was convenient for those in the downtown locale, but at $40-$110 an item it's just grossly added in to their pricing.

I took two of my favourite pullovers in to be mended, one had a hole in the sleeve and the other had multiple moth holes (about 5 of them). I was not expecting them to be mended to such a high standard but when I went back to pick them up I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the work done by their in-house seamstress. I am very happy with the outcome and cannot see any of the stitching at all! I am now thinking of bringing more clothes to enjoy a second life! Thankyou Carousel cleaners.

Inconsistent quality. I recently had very good quality trench coat returned with multiple buttons missing and damage to the fabric. Not worth the higher prices that they charge.
