Horrible experience from the snobbish female boss. Sorry, I just would not recommend.If you consider buying, you can compare a lot of similar alternative herbal stores to decide. On the main street or inside the block.

I just bought my medicine today and came home and saw the expiration date at the bottom was March 2021. It was so irritating! It was highly recommended" by the shop assistant. im so mad"

Awful service even by Chinatown standards. There’s no point in asking the shopkeeper questions about any of the products.The loose-leaf tea in jars is expensive but phenomenal, and worth the high price. However, I got ripped off pretty badly buying a box of pu-erh tea. It’s a nice place to go if you’re a mid-level tea aficionado, but if you’re just starting out with Chinese tea, there are lots of shops nearby with less risk of price-gouging.

Sold me very cheap quality edible bird nest and said it’s red simply because it’s not bleached when in reality is an entirely different kind of product. Charged high price for it too as if it’s the white kind. Absolutely will never come back and will be reporting to the authorities.

Horrible experience, the attitude of male Boss is really terrible, I do not recommend this store. If you plan to buy some herbs, I suggest you to buy in the other similar stores.

very poor customer service . The old lady was very rude with her attitude and tone she wanted us to go away , she said to go to another store which has better english-speaking seller.
