Absolutely awful.I have never had such terrible service in my life. My sister is small and the lady kept insisting she was thick". They had nothing to choose from because they were either too small or too big? That's how it works

My experience started out really well with Carousel. However, when I went to pick up my veil I noticed while it was in the package that it didn't quite look the same as the one I had ordered. The lady working assured me that it was the same veil just a different version". When I brought it home and took it out of the package it was a completely different veil than what I had tried on and what they told me they would be ordering (I even showed them the pictures of the veil I had tried on prior to taking this veil home). In order to get a refund I really had to stand my ground. My experience only got worse when I reached out to them about the travel voucher I received from them when I bought my wedding dress. I had emailed the email provided on the back of the voucher and received a response from Zooba Travel. After looking up Zooba Travel and finding no information or reviews about them I wanted to make sure the voucher was not a scam. I reached out to several travel agents whom none of which recognized the voucher. Feeling concerned I called Carousel to ask where they received these vouchers from; I called them 3 times with no answer

New shop is very cute ..staff is friendly and helpful. They had bigger size dresses available to try on which was perfect .. I got my wedding dress here, would recommend !

Have been coming here since my own wedding in 1997 and have been several times since but won't be going back again. Bought dresses for my daughters wedding and was advised by staff that no problem those FINAL SALE dresses can be altered absolutely, saw the girls with the dresses on in the shop. No problem they can be altered up to 6 sizes smaller. As it turns out, the dresses cannot be altered this much as the dresses will not look the same or hang right on the girls. I went there for expertise and feel misled for a final sale item. I went to talk to them today to see what they would be willing to do and was told nothing, they don't know about alterations and we can sell them on Kijiji. Unacceptable. These dresses were purchased under false information. Very disappointed and will no longer send referrals. Beware when buying FINAL SALE. Don't depend on the expertise or lack of.

We purchased a grad gown upon arrival we were greeted with kindness we were made to feel that this was a special occasion the lady went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect dress perfect fit and style we did not feel rushed at all which is important while fitting and looking for the perfect dress my daughter tried on several dresses which the lady help adjust as a mother all I had to do was sit back relax and veiw I highly recommend carousel and would definitely return to this shop thank you very much ladies looking forward to sending you a picture of her on her special night in her perfect dress

The ladies were very helpful picking out dresses to try on, very friendly and gave good suggestions. The selection was nice and the prices were fair (right before the new dresses came in so lots of things were on sale!).
