This station had it all.. until they didn’t have lids. I went in to drain my bloated dragon and get a nice cup of coffee. I filled my cup and went to close when suddenly I was indisposed. I asked the lovely gentleman where I may find a lid in this establishment and he merely shrugged in a passivity that made me doubt my activity. I paid and was on my way but still did ponder this brilliantily passivity that deserves 3 stars on googles ambivertery.

This particular ESSO is where I usually get gas for both my personal vehicles as well as my work trucks. It is a convenient, downtown location while also being only two blocks from where I live. Generally the service is very good but I have encountered a locked front door, on a number of visits, during regular business hours.

The tap payment was not working for air here this morning. I went in to ask for assistance and if anything could be done to turn the air on. I was asked if I had cash, I said no unfortunately today I did not have cash. The cashier shrugged and couldn't help me. Also he let me know that they couldn't do cash back if I bought something. This is really sad service.

I checked before leaving my house this morning if it was open and it said it was and that it opened at 6 am. I arrived there at 6:20 am and guess what they weren't open. Very inconvenient as I required gas and because it said open, I assumed it would be or I would have stopped somewhere else on my way to work.

Service is less than mediocre at best. 2/5 times I'm here there's no staff to be found anywhere, or their doors are just outright locked during peak business hours. Of I was a their I'd have a hayday.

I have come after work around 10:45pm-11:00pm past couple Fridays and for some odd reason I can't get gas after that time because apparently its closed but online it says that it closes at 12am. so if you guys actually close at 11:00pm then please state that online, or don't hire workers so lazy they cant work past 10:30pm :(

Had issues with the Pay at the pump! Accepted my card then cancelled the transaction. Had to go inside to redo the card. Not sure if a double withdrawal was made on my card as no receipts were offered. Shouldn't be happening with today's technology!

The management or seems like it was very rude when I said no to getting an optimum card. Can’t take no for an answer and had to explain why I had to get one despite my answer and I was in a hurry too. Terrible attitude.

Employees need better training. Got a discount card from the NFL heritage classic game few weeks ago , came to this location , and the guy behind the counter acted like I was presenting him with foreign currency and buttons. He didn't know how to honor the friggen discount card. And didn't understand what it was or where I got it from. Seriously ... There would have been THOUSANDS handed out that weekend.. Esso was a top sponsor .. and he couldn't honour it because he didn't know what to do with it. Waste of my time and too much money on fuel.
