Hampton Inn by Hilton Napanee

Great location, friendly helpful staff, breakfast is more then we could ask for, pool hours are great( not the cleanest and hot tub jets aren’t fully functioning) rooms need work( ours(310) had extensive water damages), clean linens and towels extra towels provided for pool as well. We would go back.

We enjoyed our stay very much,room was spacious and comfortable, Breakfast was very nicely laid out and delicious, I personally was very impressed with all the staff ,very friendly and helpful ,had my Grandchildren come to visit while there and we enjoyed the pool,I will definitely not hesitate to return to this establishment going forward.

This hotel has everything you would want or would expect from a stay in Napanee. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The staff were very friendly and there was an included breakfast. We did not try it, but the coffee was good.

My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was awesome. The rooms were some what clean. I would definitely stay there again

It's super convenient off the highway. Front desk staff kind an attentive.It is in absolute need of renovation, as you walk through the hallways wallpaper is peeling with a lot of moisture damage.Accessible room had a walk in shower but was kind of narrow to move around.We have lost water in the room for a few hours.The bed had earwigs (2 of them) on the bed and alive.But I was told it was normal in Canada.Breakfast is limited, bagels were ok.

No, we were very disappointed. There was a young hockey league team players staying there and they were very loud and running up and down the hallway long after midnight. I complained to front desk and they came up but the noise didn't stop when they left. We are seniors and this didn't help our rest. We should have been told when we checked in...Not right of the staff!

We stay at a lot of Hotels with our childs hockey team. We were unable to find a hotel in the OMHA host city of Kingston, so we thought a 20 minute drive wouldn't be so bad. We booked last minute and the hotel staff were ready for us.A bit about our team: Kids are super respectful, but like to have fun - ministicks, swimming, running around, but they shut it down at 9pm for team curfew. Parents do not party, but are all very friendly and social.Hampton Inn staff were so friendly and accommodating for our team. They setup the hotels meeting room for the kids to play their mini-sticks. They let parents hang out and host a Team dinner/awards in their lobby/lounge area.This was very refreshing experience after a very negative team experience on a previous occasion at another hotel in Kingston.Our team agreed that whenever our team visits the Kingston area again, we will just go to Hampton Inn in Napanee!Kudos to all the staff at this hotel! Thank you for hosting our team and being so friendly. A lot of Hotels could learn a lot from your service!

Honestly, the hotel is not the fanciest or the best in anyway. But it is very friendly, clean enough, and provides a safe space for the terrible blizzard we were caught in. They were also kind to other people who weren’t able to book a room because it was full and accommodated them with a safe space to sleep overnight, food and beverages for free.I’ve was stuck here for two nights and I didn’t have much issues. Just wished their tv cable was as better and eventually upgrade their interior. Otherwise, it was a great stay, standard breakfast, coffee and drinks were available throughout the day and they honoured my Hilton status.

We would never stay at this hotel again. We have been staying at this hotel once a week for the past 6 months as we have been conducting business in Napanee. We have not continued to stay here because it is a good hotel. It was only because of the lack of choices in Napanee. For an older hotel that has seen better days and needs a facelift they certainly charge a lot for their rooms. From the beginning we have had MANY issues. The worst and most dangerous offence was the lack of smoke detectors/alarms in our room on the 3rd floor. Management was NOT concerned and would not move us. Another issue we’ve had is that they claim to have a hot tub. We have stayed with them numerous times in the last 6 months and the hot tub does not work. The one night we tried to get in it not knowing it would not start we were glad we didn’t. It was very dirty. On a good note a new hotel will be opening soon right beside it so hopefully that will mean that The Hampton Inn will up their game a bit.
