Wicked Wanda's - Ottawa Sex Toy Store

The store is an amazing place. Friendly staff with great knowledge of their store items. They are very welcoing to all humans.

Walked into the store in a great mood. I don't know why everyone goes on and on about how amazing Gavin is, but he ruined my night. I was trying to choose a lube for myself and he kept nagging at me whether I spilled any on the floor. Despite me telling him that nothing was spilled on the floor - and I was allowed to try - hence why they have TESTERS on the shelves... If you don't want customers to try anything - do not put up testers and mark them as such. I calmly told him that nothing was spilled. As I was checking out - he decided to ask me whether I spilled anything or not. He claimed that he can feel that the bottle was slippery. I put a drop on my forearm and and fingers and that probably is what he felt on the bottle. His tone and customer treatment was inappropriate. Not only did not feel treated welcome, once I left the store I deeply regretted spending any money there. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I did not go into the store for someone to make me feel like I did something wrong, when all I did was try to choose what item to purchase.

OH MY GOD! If you need to go to any shops like this, make Wicked Wanda’s your first and only stop. I’ve never felt so comfortable and welcomed into a shop like this. So clean and cozy. 10/10, will absolutely be back and I will never go to another shop. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful business!

Wicked Wanda's has never failed to exceed my partner and I's expectations. The staff are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They were able to provide us with a proof of purchase from months prior in order to obtain a replacement product that we had thrown out the receipt for. When faced with a customer service issue with an external company (regarding our product replacement), Wicked Wanda's general manager was quick to remedy the issue when we contacted them about it and their resolution of the problem went way above what we expected. We highly recommend this shop and will continue to shop here in the future!

Great store with a wide range of products at great prices. I never had a negative experience and always received superb advice and customer service. Kudos to Jamellia who has a wonderful personality and she actually remembered me the last time I visited the store. I intend to remain a loyal customer of Wicked Wanda's!!

This was my first time here this morning, I have to say the beautiful woman working was very kind, helped me find what I was looking for, she wasn’t pushy at all pointed me in the direction I need to go and if I had any questions she was able to answer very easily! Whoever was working December 29th in the morning! Best experience at this type of store by far. And they have really good prices too!
