MAC Cosmetics

Hasna is an amazing makeup artist who does very well and recommends amazing products, she has shown me many products to try out that actually did so well on me. She has a lot of passion and patience when it comes to makeup and just skin in general.

Today, as of 24th of Sep 2022, we visited this shop to buy my wife’s favourite lipstick and found rude and racist staff.Staff, specially an Indian girl working here didn’t greet us or even avoid us. And as soon as white lady showed up, she greeted her and started showing her shop. We were there for almost 10 minutes and she didn’t even asked us what we were looking for or if we needed anything. We visited so many MAC shops till now but this is our first worst experience with employee.

Great experience …. Tannikka is a really good sales person in this Mac store, she suggest good products according to ur skin and I had best experience with her . She treats very nicely I like it most about her.

I visited this store twice and i will never go again.Usually i dont like to waste my time in writing long review but because im So annoyed from this store customer service and they need to change their team.the first time i was looking for lipsticks and trying colors and although the store was empty the two sales persons was talking to each other and nobody try to help and after i bought things and im leaving the store nobody greet us, and even while im getting out the store , i said thanks to the girl who was standing near the door and she didn't even bother herself and answer or smile !!!The second time, i entered the store to do return form online shopping and i stand beside the cashier waiting anybody to come for help , then sales girl came to help their customer who bough things from the store and even i was waiting before them in the line but she serve her and she asked me to wait !! And the another sales girl come and serve another girl who bought things from the store then they serve another third customer while im standing waiting before them! after all their customer has gone, i told her that i need to do return she asked me to wait and said she has to ask before , i told but im always buying online and do return in another store and never have problem in that store ! after that she pretend and said that the system not working then she asked me for my email and order number and said the system not working and she asked me in not nice way to come another day or call customer service !? I know from the beginning from the way she is talking to me that she will not help me and doesn't want to do the return!? Soo bad staff and service!

I went to the Tsawwassen Mills Mac store today and was helped by Shawn. What an amazing person. So helpful, patient and kind. I have never met anyone who cares about their customers this much. Mac cosmetics please be sure to keep this Gem of a guy around!

I'm so sorry I did not catch his spelling if it was the Sean or Shaun spelling but it had been my first mall visit since the pandemic and first massive mall visit in like 3 years since living on the Sunshine Coast. I adored him and the lip colors he helped me pick out. His energy was so recharging and my soul legitimately needed him in my life. I couldn't have appreciated him more. I just got diagnosed with Lyme Disease again so I've been so tired and feeling drained and out of my own body but those colors legit got me feeling myself. If I had more money I'd have let him go hard on other makeup for me and that's rare because I only have one other person I trust with my makeup since typically I only wear lipstick since I grew up not really taught how to do anything else. He's so creative I'm so happy for him and for you guys to have him.

This store deserves negative stars if the option were available, based on the horrendous customer service yesterday afternoon by the namesake supervisor Bhavna R. She was demeaning and yelled at the customers just ahead of us without any fault of theirs and even when they spoke calmly. While serving us she seemed already agitated. When she was asked about redeeming points after purchase and she had no clue how it was to be done. She made me stand at the counter while she pretended to figure out how her system works. Almost 30 min later of waiting at the counter, my husband comes back into the store and asked her calmly why it was taking so long and how much longer it'll take. She instantly yelled back accusing my husband of arguing and preventing her from working. She kept escalating her tone to the point that my husband had to retaliate back. Then her coworker jumps into this conversation violating social distancing protocols. They threatened to call security. We left the store and brought security personnel back with us instead. Both these employees then lied to the guards about the entire situation. And my points never got redeemed. Bhavna R needs job training as well as anger management lessons. This incident is why I do not want to shop with MAC any longer even though I've been a loyal customer. It is not worth going to a store only to get insulted by incompetent sales people. To others, avoid this particular store if you can.

We walked in the store when it was empty, because my friend wanted to return some old, empty containers. We looked around a little bit, but when we were talking and looking at stuff, the two ladies were just staring at the door or not even wanting or interested to help us so we walked out because they obviously did not need our business. Even though it was obvious that we were a big fans of the MAC Cosmetics from the amount of empties we had. it’s no wonder that place is always empty. The two ladies just want to get paid for doing nothing.
