Standard Broadband

I have had many ISP's over the year and by far standard brodband is one of the best. I had an outage last night at midnight sent an email letting them know about it not expecting a response at that time but Chad from the support team got back to me right away and updated me when the issue was resolved. Keep up the fantastic up time and customer service

For years, they were one of only a few options for reliable rural internet. While there is more choice these days, this company continues to do business with integrity and professionalism. Recommended!

We have used Standard Broadband for several years and have found it to be one of the most cost effective rural LTE providers. The connection was pretty stable and if we ever had an issue the customer service was excellent.

I have always had amazing service from Standard Broadband. They have continued to update their product offerings, making connectivity on a country property seamless. Most importantly, every person I interacted with was positive, polite and kind. Would recommend++++

After complaining to Standard Broadband they did pick up old equipment and repaired holes in roof from their equipment. Giving them a five star as they went above and beyond. Unfortunately high speed / fibe is not availble from them in my area.

I have mixed reviews about the service. The service is usually good, but there is no late support - unfortunately the internet went down at 6pm on Sunday and customer service shuts down at 5pm.How can that be possible? It's a service and you would expect they have an after hours support line.Hope they resolve it Monday morning!

Outstanding service provider for Internet services. Have had 8 different types of internet through the years in rural Milton through the last 20 plus years - from dial up, satellite, direct sight, LTE, LTE Fixed Wireless and became a Standard Broadband in April 2022.The service is nothing short of spectacular with speeds that are simply insane. From sign up to install I’ve experienced nothing but incredible service.Experienced one hiccup last evening and it was resolved by 915am this morning. First tier response by Aditya was quick, fast and he did exactly what he said he would. On site response by Mitch was on time, fast and had the problem fixed at the street in minutes. Both did what they said they would and were committed to solving the problem right away.I’ve dealt with many other providers who deliver empty promises. Standard Broadband delivers what they promise and their people deliver.Highly recommended.

Hello,I would like to thank the staff at Standard Broadband for there wonderful service, friendly and welcoming tone of voice (especially Vishal for when I cancelled my service), for always giving prompt service when I had internet challenges. The package was perfect fit for our needs and has always exceeded our expectations for performance and data. For the workmen who were courteous, efficient and friendly whenever the system was down or needed an upgrade. They came to the house and were so quick and efficient. The appointments were often scheduled around my timetable and not the systems timetable. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a customer of Standard Broadband and would most certainly recommend the system and team to any new customers.

Standard Broadband fibe internet has been a welcome godsend. The installers, both outside and in, were polite, efficient clean and quick, and the service has been great from day one. We are getting speeds of between 200-450 mps (compared to good days at 20-30) but even more to the point, we are paying 1/10th the price we were paying Rogers per month ($80 vs$800 (yes you read that right)) for Rogers’ satellite service.
