Absolute cockroaches. Everytime I submit documents I have to wait five business days for them to answer and every time they answer something else is wrong with my documentation and when I fix that, something else is wrong again. Such a useless bunch of people not even active phone number and wait forever to get reply to email. They love giving tickets though when you're not correctly licensed!!!!

Very misleading information, staff are terribly unknowledgeable and they don’t know how to guide people with their inquires. They just pass us to each others like it’s a football yard due to lake of knowledge. I really feel sorry that our tax pay goes towards their pay and surprised how they even get hired……!

Their employees were very rude and impatient, they will not help you unless you have all your information immediately. When asked if I could put them on hold I was hung up on. Good to know our tax dollars pay for this wonderful service. Thanks but no thanks.

Toronto need to address this PROBLEM! I have been applying for morethan 1 month now and still haven't got my License for a Convenience store. It took them 5 business days to reply with a nonsense reply and broken link to book appointment.I went to walkin and a bunch of people are complaining and shouting at the frontdesk.This needs to be looked at by the local govt

Probably the worst service I have experienced in my life. They offer 0 assistance with business licence renewals and apparently can't answer any questions over the phone or in-person. It's as if they want people to fail and have their businesses shut down? Multiple lost applications, frustrated to the point where I don't even know what to do anymore hence the reason for this review.

They don't care about quality oF service or the well being of the bUsiness owners struggling to keep up with the never ending Changes to these messed rules they maKe up on the spot whenever theY feel like. Advice: start a business OUtside Toronto and avoid this place. Disappointed in myself for working here..corruption at its finest!

Very misleading. It clearly says tow truck - licence but they put me with taxi drivers so I had to wait for 2 hrs for them to license me. When I spoke with the supervisor he educated me that it's for towtruck plate :S it clearly says licencing.
