Pamela and the other staff atConnelly-McKinley, were amazing!! They were so compassionate and helpful, someone was always close by and ready to help with whatever we needed. Making arrangements, and deciding on the details of our service was made much easier because of their compassion and professionalism. Everything we asked for was set up and ready for us when we arrived and any changes we wanted were immediately attended to. The memorial video and a video of the ceremony were placed on a USB stick and a staff member delivered it to our hotel the next day to make sure that we had what we needed before we returned home. Outstanding staff that went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Everyone at Connelly-McKinley helped make a difficult time more bearable. Their empathy, professionalism, and helpful approach was outstanding. We lost a young man, so, an excruciating event for us. Thanks to Bruce and everyone else there for guiding us through.

This was all new to me and my family, however, the two funeral directors (Ashley Christensen and Wendy Barry) that were assigned to us, one to get the the funeral started by providing us with information on what should be done and the second director was available to help us with the arrangements for the embalming, the service and the meal after. We were told by our friends that the whole ceremony, plus the luncheon were just great. Some even said that they favoured our arrangements better than a different funeral they attended. All I can say that I am extremely happy that my wife's funeral turned out so good, and we owe it all to Connelly-McKinley. Thank you.

We have utilized Connelly-McKinley services several times during the past 10 years. Always professional, compassionate and helpful. The service and the reception went well. I particularly appreciated the after-care services with a representative who came to the house. Additionally there was no pressure or up-selling.

I found Tara to be very understanding and patient with my situation. I appreciated the home visit a few weeks after my husband passed away, to review the information I was originally given at the funeral home. With a clearer mind, I had a better understanding of the processes to be completed

How would feel if your loved one was treated like an Amazon package. Judge by actions not words.Pickup driver arrived late at AirportThe family of the deceased worked personal contacts to get mother released and drove out ‘alone’ to ensure transfer! The son of deceased was tasked with this as his mother just passed. Airline supervisors have discretion to release all the time for human remains, medical supplies, blood, organs, etc. That’s who released my mother.No members of the Connelly-McKinley came to airport to assist or try to implore local cargo staff from airline to release or contact supervisor after the initial missed pickup due to being late. The family is in a grieving tired state and encouraged us to go there alone. Amy did an incredible job of organizing and looking after all aspects of my aunts funeral. She is very professional, personable, and simply just knows her stuff. Has great ideas and is well versed in so many areas of being a funeral director. Hope I don't have to but would definately use her again.
