Fed up with how deceptive Purdy’s is. No price list for ice cream anywhere. The associate, Tristian offered up-charge options (type of cone, toppings) without disclosing the extra costs. I had the foresight to ask if the fancy cones was more and declined when he said yes.They used to do one free topping last time I bought an ice cream cone from Purdy’s. When he asked me what topping I wanted I was working from that assumption. Then he rings it up and the cost was $6 for 1 scoop that was pathetically small. I see that he charged me a dollar for an extra topping. The receipt even reads like that: “extra” topping. I told him I thought it was free but I wasn’t going to fight it. Tristian was completely apathetic — just another dispassionate worker who couldn’t care less about the customer — let alone be a honest person who tells people when something is an extra charge and what the charge may be. Bad business. Never returning to another Purdy’s.P.S. I also learned that they raised their prices at the start of this year.

The girl serving ice cream was super rude. Asked for one scoop of ice cream for my daughter and gave like kiddy size scoop. When I complained that is too small she offered give more. And then charged me for two scoop of ice cream. Such a rip off company with terrible staff. Gave me awful experience. I will never come back here again.

Love Purdys and I used to be a former employee. Today I went to buy 10 for $12 and was shocked at the lack of choices to select from.I grabbed what I thought was assorted surgar free chocolate and got sweet Georgia browns , clearly it was in the placed wrong spot.

Pretty sure I just had my last ever ice cream bar from this place which is sad really as I have alway looked forward to having the ice cream bar rolled in nuts every time I come here and today that all changed. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a single pice of nut on the entire bar! It was all the nut dust from like the bottom of the bag.

This is our go-to Purdys location!We visit here everytime we come to Guildford Town Centre.I find that this location is usually well stocked and all the employees are friendly and helpful.I recommend trying their icecream bars! (pictured below)

Standard location. What gets the 5 star rating is how incredibly kind and friendly the employee was (young asian man) He really went above and beyond with how he interacted with myself and other customers. He was so nice and in a genuine way and very helpful. If I was a business owner I'd hire him in a second.

Went to this location to get an anniversary gift for the special lady. The manager Sherry offered assistance and let me know they did customer boxes for the same price as the package I was getting. We went through their whole selection in the display case/chocolate bar there, and I was able to get chocolate I know we would both live as opposed to being surprised. Sherry made the experience very enjoyable and knew about every piece. Very satisfied! It was a pleasure.
