We purchased a great spa that arrived in October 2017. Unfortunately, when I filled it with water, a leak appeared in one of the valves deep inside the insulation. Nancy and the team immediately removed the spa and ordered another from Coast Spa. The new spa arrived last week and works great...in time for the cold NS weather. While I have read the other reviews, I can say our experience with Nancy and her team has been a really good experience. Any time there was an issue, they immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. That is all we can ask.

We had spoken to Nancy on the phone for 45 minutes a few Saturday's ago regarding our intentions to put in an in ground pool, what out budget was, etc. Our information was handed off to someone by the name of Brad who emailed us some questions which we replied to a few days later. After that we got an email back from Brad saying that because we we're spending less than $125,000 on the project, they didn't want to take it on. Wasted our time and offended us. Previous to this incident, we had good service here but from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere which Brad didn't seem to mind via email or a phone follow up.

I have never resorted to posting a bad review but had no response from Waterworks after several attempts so I am left no choice. Got a pool installed in 2006 and generally had no issues until 2014 when the underwater light started to come out. I was advised to patch it which I did but didn't really resolve the issue. Finally got another supplier to look at it after the liner came away from the pool. When he got underneath to have a look, he said he had never seen such a bad install. All 3 gaskets were at the bottom of the pool which meant that the liner had been leaking since DAY 1. Emailed pictures to Waterworks several times and was supposed to hear back but never did. Not really surprised to see similar reviews with poor customer support.UPDATE: Shonda has been fantastic and I really appreciated her follow ups. She has helped me resolve my issues and has been a great support. Thank you!

I got in touch with Shandra from the service department a couple times already and I can say the friendliness and cost-benefit did caught my attention.I booked my first service with them and I will update the review afterwards.______After the service was done, I was charged almost $100 more than what was estimated when I booked the service. I guess additional time spent, or rough calculations? I'm not sure.But the technician that came clean my pool was friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely book again.

I would rate this company as a zero if I could! I purchased a 32 foot above ground pool from another supplier but quickly realized with my backyard it would not work. I called waterworks because they had pools in stock, I explain to the salesman what my intentions were and that I already dug a hole, prepared the pad and looking for a pool that could work as an inground pool without having to buy a fiberglass insert. I proceeded to tell them that I was putting concrete around the pool after it was fully backfilled. I was told these Rockwood pools could go above ground, semi inground or all the way in ground. On Monday I called and spoke to Josh who used to be their installer, my question to him on the call was to confirm how far up can I go with the concrete. He proceeded to tell me that those pools are only meant to go above ground or half way Ingrown. After I found this out I I explained to Josh once again what I said to the salesman and he told me multiple times on multiple different phone conversations that this can be used as an inground pool and can be backfilled all the way up to the top and then putting concrete around. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and make things right but the salesman who sold me this pool is saying that he sold it to me as an above ground pool not an inground pool. They have not called to apologize, they have not called to talk things through,they have not done anything!! And the part that really makes me upset is my husband was here the entire time I was talking to the salesman on the phone and this salesman knew exactly what my intentions were with this pool. I was sold a 24 foot pool from this company for over $12,000 that was suppose to be an inground pool. Before I got the pool transported from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia I called the company back spoke to the same salesman once again to confirm that it could be backfilled all the way up to the top to put concrete around for the finishing work I was told yes that is correct.This is a huge investment for me and my family and I got screwed over from this company! Please go anywhere but here.

Didn't have a great experience here.They have split tasks between days to bill twice, charged me to service a hot tub they weren't allowed to get parts for; instead of directing me to the company that could. Mostly though whomever the tall person we spoke to in the shop was a genuine jerk. Won't be going back here and I'd encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else.Two stars because the technicians were all competent, just poor management.

We are extremely happy with the whole staff inside and the service staff after the sale of our Hot tub. Tubs are extremely difficult to get so is the service during this pandemic. We were told our tub would come in at the end of November but it might be possible that it could be even later, we were fine with this, to our delight , it came in a month earlier, after they got the shipping info, they estimated it to be in Moncton no more than 10 days later , it did and they delivered it exactly when they said they would. During the first month of our purchase , we had a couple of lights that didn't work, when i called, they told me they were busy closing pools for a few weeks and if it was okay, they would come right after that, they did and those are working fine now. My wife and I highly recommend Waterworks (i am fussy) they gladly explained how to treat the water multiple times until i got it too. Thumbs up gang good job !

Very disappointed in their customer care. We have been a customer for over 10 years and there were a few times where we felt that the costs were a bet excessive, but we always paid without hesitation.This time, after onsite service, I questioned the invoice as I still have the same problem. I don't think they believed me and I got the runaround. After all the money we have given them all these years, you'd think they'd care enough to listen and attempt to Fix this.In the end, we got to pay a huge bill, still a problem with our pool and an I'm sorry".Get them to build your pool
