I only give 1 star because 0 star is not possible. This institution failed to condemn the downing of flight PS752 by Iranian revolutionary guard (IRGC) killing all 176 passengers and crew aboard on Jan 08, 2020. Again, in Dec 26, 2022, IRGC forced a plane to come back from Dubai and land in Kish island, Iran, to throw out wife and teenage daughter of Ali Daii, a former national team football player who have joined the Islamic regime's opposition recently.

I had the worst experience after Flight ps752 with this organization! They never condemned the act of Iranian regime after shooting at the plane coming from Tehran to Canada and killing many innocent Iranian, Canadian, Ukrainian, ... passengers- Many times we requested their action but they never even replied to victims' families or their lawyers! They never did investigation and support actions to provide safety of the flights passing from the sky of Iran!

How do you define being an international organization occupying 17 floors, yes seventeen floors, however not have anyone available to receive/welcome people? Very pleasant security who Direct you to the website and call. However 3-weeks now and still nobody available on the reception line/extension.

I met great people staff and from all around the world, very very friendly you will ferl home from the first minute. The place has a history of aviation and it is contributing a lote for the world in supporting the aviation industry regulation and much more.

ICAO is the non-profit organization that I have always wanted to visit in my life. I have the honor to visit it when I was in Montreal. They have a big lobby with highly security check before you go in, a museum on its history, and a floor with a lot of flags from all the countries. It is amazing to visit the place where a lot of important meetings.

If I could give them 0 star, I would definitely do! This organization failed to condemn the downing of flight PS752 by Iranian Regime. 176+1 innocent children, women, men, crew and an unborn baby on Jan 08th, 2020 were shot by Iran but this organization do nothing!!! They returned all letters that family and ps752 organization sent to them unopened! They are very rude and discriminate the nations based on their like or dislike! In Dec 26, 2022, Iran regime returned back a flight from Dubai , to throw out wife and teenage daughter of Ali Daii, a former national team football player and an activist to keep them hostage but again ICAO did nothing for this illegal return of the flight by Iranian regime! They are only having a building and too much budget to do nothing!

They definitly do not deserve any star! Their performance regarding PS752 and the recent returning of Ali Dayi's family flight from Dubai, also avoiding receiving any letter and document from the victims of these unacceptable actions by islamic republic of Iran regime is totally disappointing!

The building of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) resembles modern architecture. Spacious entrance with ample lobby. The building is well equipped with up to date technology fittings.

Part of the United Nations, ICAO is an international organization that regulates civil aviation. The building of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO in English or OACI in French) is best seen at night when the lighting gives it more character.
