Lomax Diesel

Thank You to Lomax Diesel from Champion Concrete Cutting (Edmonton) Inc. We found Lomax to be efficient and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the issue with Duramax Diesel. Also reasonably priced for all the diagnosis and repairs. We would highly recommend this company.

FYI,Had warranty issues with my dealership where I bought my 3500 Dodge. I was told that I needed $8500 worth of repairs to my truck that would not be covered Under warranty due to the fact I didn’t follow their Recommended maintenance schedule exactly. Thankfully I’m fairly mechanically inclined and challenged their diagnosis. I researched the 3 top diesel mechanic shops in Edmonton and Lomax was at the top of the list. I contacted Gary and brought my vehicle to them for a second opinion. I paid a small fee to have my truck fully inspected and tested, and NOT to my surprise my truck DID NOT need all the repairs the dealership had quoted!! The repair bill at Lomax came to just over $2200!!! Compared to $8500 that’s a huge difference!!! Thanks to Gary and the Lomax team they saved me over $6300 in unnecessary repairs!!! FYI, I have challenged the dealership with these results and they are attempting to fix the situation... Thanks again to Lomax, you now have a new customer and I will be recommending your services to everyone that needs a great honest mechanic shop!!

My car had some serious mechanical issues after hitting a cement barrier that came off the back of a truck on the highway. The guys at lomax fixed it like new. The service was exceptional above and beyond any other shop I have ever dealt with. The guys took very good care of me. Gary charged me less than anticipated for the other work done while the car was in for repairs which was a welcome change. There is no other place I will take my cars from here forward. These guys are the best at what they do. I could not be happier with my vehicle. They have gained a customer for life. I will send them anyone I know that needs work on their vehicles!!

I had a opps with my durmax. DEF IN Fuel. After getting a high quote from the dealership I took it to lowmax and had it back on the road in a few days. Highly Recommend these guys!

I have been taking my fleet of limo busses here for quite a few years now and found the work to be done is always to perfection. Garry and Terry know their vehicles and with knowledgeable staff they always do a great job. Great back up from all involved.Recommend this company to one and all even if it’s not a diesel truck.

Needed a good diesel mechanic 5 years ago and since then my father and I have been going there for both gas and diesel vehicles and the work is alway immaculate. They’ve never failed us and they’ve always made sure our vehicles are running in top shape when leaving the shop! Their turn around time is second to none and we’ve never once had any issue in dealing with them. When you come in you’ll generally be greeted by an amazing lady by the name of Lisa who is always on the ball and smiling at you! We have been bringing our vehicles to Lomax for the past year and every time has been spectacular. Gary and Terry are always on time, very thorough and detailed. The staff are always extremely polite and accommodating. This past time was especially great as they were very busy with this cold weather yet still found the time to get my car in, repaired and back to me on time (they always drop off my car for me). They are truly the best.

Gary and Terry will take very good care of your truck. We took some fleet vehicles to them, and they not only competed the repairs, they performed oil changes too. They even got the windshields replaced, and the trucks got detailed inside and out. I can't believe the value we get for our money here! The service is top notch and the owners are involved with every vehicle that passes through their door. I'm beyond impressed! I'm taking my personal vehicles here from now on too

Great experience. Garry the owner and Tom always keep me informed on my repair. Very happy with the price and service. Garry suggested on my repair to fix one part instead of buying a new one saving me $800 and a 2 week wait. Awesome.. I will be returning again when I need more repairs.
