Olivia Buksa is an extraordinarily talented stylist. She is careful, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Her knowledge of colour formulas, hair types, and trends is strong and I always feel confident leaving my hair in her hands. She has perfected my auburn colour formula and does a brilliant job with application and styling. The value Olivia brings to Lavish Salon can not be undersold. She keeps track of trends and ensures that you are selecting the colour and style that is right for you. Olivia is a wonderful person, a great conversationalist, and can (without fail) be trusted with your hair!

What a wonderful job the hair stylists did for me! They were very friendly and took care and attention to detail to turn my chopped up mess and difficult to work with thick hair, into an easy to manage summer style! I'm a P!nk lookalike now lol. Thank you so much ladies!

A great place for a hair service! The salon is very cute and comfortable and everyone is very welcoming. Mackenzie cut my hair and gave me some purple highlights which both turned out amazing. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted or what would look best on me and she worked with me to to find something I was happy with.

I received a haircut from Elizabeth (Liz) and it was a lovely experience. She thoughtfully asked questions about my hair, my routine and cut it beautifully. I loved how she spent the time to style and make my hair look great. I appreciate your respectful protocols at the salon. Thank you for the haircut.

Helen cut and styled my hair today. She is everything I really appreciate in a hairdresser! She listened and understood well but also offered excellent suggestions that entirely suited my hair and needs. The cut was excellent and she went the extra distance in styling it too. Her pleasant, chatty personality made the appointment very relaxing. I will absolutely be back! Thank you!

Tried twice. Never again. $180 later and I have a 4”’horizontal stripe across my hair. I was told the girl did the best that she knew how to do. No offer to correct it. Will now go pay that same amount to another salon to get the colour corrected.And I’m sorry, that’s not correct.The last time I was there was 7 weeks ago. I didn’t even live here before then.You offered to take off the price of the product, not half price. I would not have refused.The more important part was the not listening. She lightened my natural hair to a yellow. I fold her it needed to go whiter - that blue and yellow makes…green. That in the times I’ve had it done before, the salons have had to leave the bleach on longer to achieve that. But she was certain.She did do a second lightening, but only of the blue below the green stripe. Not sure what that was meant to achieve - it made the blue below lighter, but the green stripe is still there. 4 inches. So yes, the blue on the bottom is lovely and vibrant. The green stripe, less so. And I will have to go pay someone to fix this.And I tipped her because she was a nice person. And it’s a nice thing to do. Please don’t take that as a sign that I was happy with my hair - I expressed to you that I wasn’t. The best solution would have been to offer to make it right, not to reply that my hair is fine and I was obviously happy.

Mackenzie did a fabulous job with my cut and partial highlights! Just the perfect balance of highlights that adds texture and interest to my hair, without looking streaky or growing out poorly. She'll be my go-to now! :)

Amazing experience with Mackenzie ! I’m new to the area and this was the highest rated and closest to me so I impulsively book an appointment and I’m super glad I chose lavish! I got to meet the owner Liz as well who was so sweet. Mackenzie was a great person and did a phenomenal job on my hair!! Lifted my dark brown/black hair to a blonde with two bleaching then toned and coloured. The colour she choose was sooo pretty. I’ve gotten so many compliments!!! I have nothing but good things to say and I’ll definitely be a loyal customer to lavish from now on.

Had a fantastic haircut done by alex, she was so sweet and very skilled. She did my bangs exactly the way i wanted, will be coming back to her for my haircuts from here on out. :)
