Absolute crooks I wouldnt buy a vehicle from here I'd rather walk. We bought a vehicle from bentinck auto sales, brought it home noticed it had a problem with the rear sway bar. They said it not their problem. Said the hell with it returned it to them just to get 4500$ back when paid almost 10k for it....NEVER AGAIN

Great place to buy a used or newer vehicle, friendly, honest fast reliable service. Cheapest prices throughout Grey Bruce. Not to mention NOAH is a very knowledgeable sales Representative. Will recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Noah at Bentinck Auto. I have nothing but good things to say about the vehicle and Noah himself. Great communication and not pushy like a typical salesman. I purchased the vehicle knowing the AC didn’t work (it worked in my last vehicle and I never used it) and I told him it wasn’t a deal breaker. When I picked up the van, I was pleasantly surprised that he went out of his way to fix it. I called my mechanic before purchasing to discuss common issues. After expressing my concerns to Noah, he suggested a few different sites and happily read through the reviews with my husband and I, and then walked us back to the vehicle to further inspect everything. Heck, he even personally walked me to the Service Ontario. It’s very evident to me that Noah doesn’t wake up everyday with just the goal to sell cars. He’s there to help his community. I took the van to my mechanic today and he actually couldn’t believe what great condition it was in and the amount I spent with today’s market. Great value! I’ll be sure to recommend him to family and friends. Thanks again, Noah!

Noah is amazing. I bought my second car from him last month and he once again was so helpful. I got a great deal and I love my new car.Noah also went above and beyond by answering all of my questions when I would call him, he also allowed me to meet with him on his day off to pick up my car.I texted Noah on a Saturday with a question about my car and he got right back to me! I wasn’t expecting to hear from him till Monday during normal business hours, but he was right on the ball.I bought my first car from him years ago, I love my new car, and I sure will buy my next car from him.

We had an amazing time test driving the cars and we eventually found the one for us. Noah was very helpful with the whole experience. Car was certified and ready to go when i went to go pick it up and the service Ontario is a block away to get it all registered.

For the Hanover location. One star only because I loved the car.. The car sold itself.. Customer service sucks here. I was very excited and happy I was getting myself a car and the man made it a long and boring unfortunate process instead of being happy for me and describing some details of the car, he just stood while I figured it out on my own.. I love the car, but if I was unsure of what I wanted or needed in a car this place would be no help. Not a good experience. ALSO Buying from a dealer I was hoping the car would have a full gas tank and be detailed before I got it, or even vacuumed out. But the interior was left a mess and as I drove away the gas light came on. Very unprofessional car dealer.

Nightmare Dealerships- This review is for Bentinck" auto sales in Walkerton which owns the vehicles at D&G and "D&G auto" in Hanover. Horrible experience with both these dealerships! I began looking for vehicle March 28th 2019. I found a vehicle on April 1st and gave "D&G" a down payment & signed all the paperwork. The vehicle was to be certified and ready to go on April 9th as they do certification after signing paperwork. April 9th comes & vehicle is not ready as theres a sound in motor! Called Bentincks and spike to a Noah Sutter about giving me a loaner car due to having to wait another week for vehicle! Remember Bentincks owns the cars at D&G. He was very rude and said they only had a manual transmission vehicle to loan out and I can only drive automatic so was no help. Could not have care a less that their customer was left without a vehicle for another week!! Talked to D&G again and they said the noise was a timing chain. This would take another week to fix!! Should be ready April 13th!! I called them on April 16th only to be told the timing chain is still not in vehicle!! They told me they were busy and there are 6 cars ahead of me to be certified!! Plus remember it stills needs certified after timing chain was put it!! Called April 18th and was told sorry we cant fix it!! Over the course of 1 month dealing with Doug and Gary(D&G) and Noah I have had to contact them each and every time! They never once called me to explain anything. I had to continuously call them in order to be updated on problems each time! Thought supporting a small town business was the way to go but obviously not!! I bought from an independent person and love my new car which did not take a month of disappointment. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and do not deal with either one of these dealerships!! In response to Bentincks reply to my review. You should certify your vehicles before selling them as certified!! That way you wouldn't have to ask customer if they want their money back after waiting 2 weeks for a vehicle. I didnt shop and sign paperwork for a certified vehicle only to be offered my money back after being without a vehicle for a month!! Also told by another person that dealt with you that they had to wait 3 weeks for their vehicle and another review for "D&G" on Yelp says motor blew after 2 weeks in their vehicle. Not a reputable business!!"

I went to Bentinick Auto when my vehicle was in an accident and I needed a new one. They were able to help me get financing when my credit was not very good so I was so happy about that and very appreciative. However from the moment we picked up the vehicle it was a mess. We first realized one of the tire senseless said we had low air. Noah chalked it up to a bad tire sensor which wasn’t covered under warrently. Fair enough. However by the next day my tire was almost flat. Turns out I had a leak in my valve. For a week I was stopping daily to put air in while I waited to bring it in for fixing. On top of that my heater was stuck on one setting and couldn’t turn to defrost and the tires all needed balancing due to a terrible shake when we accelerated to over 80.So I brought my vehicle in on a Monday expecting to pick it up the same day. By the end of the day we found out they had ordered a part and it would be another day. Not surprising. At least it was getting fixed. By the end of Tuesday we got a message asking us where the lock but key was. We had not send it. The last person to have it would have been whomever did the safety. After determining we 100% did not have the key they let us know they would be keeping it another night. Finally Wednesday evening rolls around and we get the call to go pick up our vehicle. My husband arrives and he notes the front still had lock nuts on and the rear did not. We were then told there were spare nuts in the rear to replace the lock nuts when we wanted. So obviously they did not balance the front tires. So then my husband inquired where the lock key was. We then found out it was apparently broken while doing the rear tires. So I called again and booked it in again to have the tires balanced and the lock nuts removed. While my tires were being balanced I was approached and handed my tire sensor and told it was floating free in my tire and was detected during balancing and they kindly removed it for me. Now bear in mind it worked while bouncing around in there!Still when we found out a supposed mechanic would do something like that we decided we should check all of his work to be safe. On inspection we found that the plastic casings around my gear shifter and stereo/ heater were broken and missing clips and unable to be seated into place. My husband then discovered that a bushing that was replaced had one of the bolts in the mounting bracket, which hold two bolts, one bolt had been replaced due to its age and these things happen but the issue was that the new bolt was too long so now the mount was not flush with the frame. When I called to discuss these things Ben was more than willing to help! He ordered me new plastics right away but he continued to not believe that the unseated mounting bracket was an issue but he still got my vehicle in to replace the bolt to one that fit better (Even though he still had to throw some washers in one side in the end to make it seated). As for the tire sensor we were told nothing could be done about that. Even though their mechanic is the one who left it free floating in my tire, they decided they didn’t need to replace it.So all in all. If you’re in a pinch they’ll likely get you in a vehicle. However make damn sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb because they will cut corners wherever possible it seems. I’m not sure of the mechanics name either but I wouldn’t trust his backyard skill (I’ve actually known backyard mechanics that I would 100% trust more) on my vehicle again.
