The lady manager is rude and hard to deal with , she’s old and not of any service, she needs to be fired. Used to shop here since I was young and over the years , not anymore till staff changes are made.

A wide selection of great shoes for kids, men and women. Their prices are inexpensive. Staffs are friendly enough.I always have the best luck everytime I dropped in. I can buy kids' or women's shoes depending on what are available.The bonus is the store is in a mall that have ample parking.

Bought a pair of kids timberland from Famous footwear dixie outlet mall and when I recieved it after a week because they didn't have it in store there was mud and seemed they sent me a returned item I was very disappointed and returned got my money back and I asked cashier for a plastic bag she said sorry I cant give u plastic bag cause u didn't buy anything. Well that was my first time and last time buying from famous footwear

I'm sitting in the parking lot of the Dixie location as I write this. I walked in the store looking for something specific. Except for 2 associates and 1 other customer in the back, I was the only other person in the store for for approx 7 minutes. No one greeted me or offered me assistance. It was almost like I was invisible - which I guarantee I am not. I found the boots I was looking for pretty quickly, and spent an excessive amount of time trying them on. I did so in an attempt to give them an opportunity to perform BASIC customer service practices - which they did not. At one point, an associate was no more than 5-6 feet from me and he barley glanced my way, let alone offer a Hello" &/or an offer of assistance. If I were a Secret Shopper

Their store manager" needs a lesson on proper customer service. On Thursday December 15th I was in the store with my friend and from the moment we walked in the store she followed our every move and i guess profiled us as shoplifters. We kindly said "No thank you
