Been coming here for years. Vince and family have done an excellent job with the shop. Everything from the atmosphere to the excellent food and drink. The taste of Italy sandwich is wonderful and I never leave without some gelato.

Good vibes, Italian design, I feel like living in Roma in this cafeteria. People working here are friendly, caring, and always smile with me. Need to touch up a lil bit more on quality of food. Saturday early morning is when you can park anywhere on the street to walk in and have a quality time here. I personally observe people like to drink a big glass of iced coffee/latte here.

I was utterly disappointed with their customer service. It was far from satisfactory and left me feeling incredibly disheartened. It seemed as though they couldn't care less about the needs of their customers and were more focused on serving their own interests. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place, and I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone else either.I strongly advise being cautious as it seems they have strict rules about capturing moments without making a purchase.

I only had the cannoli. It was a simple ricotta filing and good sized crispy pastry, freshly piped to order. They cost $5.00 each.They were definitely good - I've tried cannoli's at a number of well-reviewed shops, including in Italy.

Very decorated Italian cafe on Commercial Drive.A good selection of Ice creams, standard choices of coffee/espresso drinks.The place ONLY takes cash (as of Aug 2022).The place is very big, definitely enough room for strollers to move around. However, if you're bringing a little one, watch out because there are tons of temptations! So many statues and decoration even adults can't stop wandering off.A nice neighborhood cafe and a fun place to take a friend visiting from elsewhere too.

The Frank's Special is the best Italian sandwich in town. Fantastic cappuccinos and super friendly staff as well. Love this place - highly recommend.

Since I had come before, I recommended it to my friend and we came to this restaurant together.And unfortunately, it was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. He gave me the wrong sandwich, and when I asked for the correct one, he insisted that I had ordered it. When my friend repeated the same request, instead of replacing it, he gave a refund. It was a rude service, and I was disappointed, I do not recommend it.
