This is the worst pharmacy! I've been waiting for a prescription for over a year now, they haven't been able/ or can't find the time to figure out the problem with coverage, I've given up this is the third time. The staff don't make anything easier as well, they're in a big hurry to get you out the door promising it will be done by the end of the day! And at the end of the day still nothing has been done.I DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS PHARMACY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Sandra, the one with the grey hair went around the store following us, which made us extremely uncomfortable since we are both minors and were intimidated by her glare. I am deeply disappointed in this costumer service due to the fact that she yelled at me infront of other costumers for not buying a tiny overpriced lipgloss. I will never be shop here again while she is working under this roof.

Mixed feelings about this store , I think the pharmacist is new but come on, do your job - a patient uses 180 of a particular tablet every month for more than 10 years but when the patient calls to collect them you have run out - and it takes 4 days to get a fresh supply. And to add insult to injury they had the cheek to send a fax to my doctor asking him to change my medication.

Poor experience with Tammy in pharmacy. Quite unkind, and got upset when she did not inform us of the wait time. Very unprofessional

Love the staff and store but lately prescriptions are taking much longer to fill than they used to. I understand that they are quite busy but when you call with enough time before you run out of a prescription and are told 2 days, wich is plenty but then turns into 4, 5 or longer and you run out it gets very frustrating

Main Street one is nice and helpful. Switched from the Southhill location as they were not helpful and kept shutting down for unknown reasons. Twice I could not get my meds so a waste of time going there.

The store itself is great and I've rarely had a poor experience. The pharmacy, however, leaves much to be desired. Specifically by how customers are treated, with unreasonably long wait times (it will be ready at 4pm"... for this location

Staff are very friendly. Prices are high but sales are usually very good. Pharmacy is usually pretty fast, staff are mostly helpful. Consults or questions are usually discussed using information they look up on the computer while you're there. I recommend always researching your medications on your own before taking them.

While I was here shopping I had a bad experience with a rather older woman working. I wasn’t sure what her name was but she had short grey hair and her name started with sa. She was very impolite and demanding as soon as I entered the store. This is no way to treat a customer and I hope to never run into her again. But I must say that I enjoyed a cashiers kindness and manners while I was there. I also didn’t catch her name but she had straight brunette hair and was rather young. This was around June 9th 4-5pm. Please consider this review and take it seriously as I was very disappointed with the customer service this store is offering.
