My experience at Donato Salon (Shops of Don Mills) with Tashana was amazing and so luxurious. Tashana did my highlights and hair colour. She's absolutely wonderful and made my experience so great. Tashana chose the perfect shade of colour and highlights for my skin tone and she executed on what I wanted. Her shampoo and hair colour techniques were so smooth and relaxing. I appreciate her customer service and the way she treated me. I will only be going to Tashana from now on. Ivy did my blow-dry and she was super gentle and styled my hair perfectly. Thank you Donato Salon for the most amazing hair experience. I look forward to my next appointment.

I requested for a long bob cut with volume in back and it’s certainly not what I got. It doesn’t even look like a bob anymore which is the hairstyle I had previously which had grown out. Definitely not worth the price for the quality of outcome. I am also frustrated that she took out a lot of hair, it looks like a full layer cut. I will not be going back.

Just a really disappointing experience. Booked with a senior hairstylist, yet she kept saying how she had never cut thick hair like mine before. Keep in mind I have normal thick Indian hair, and I booked a senior level stylist for a reason - they are supposed to have a lot of extra experience but it was obvious she did not.I asked for lots of layers, she gave me a pretty blunt cut instead. It looks so weird and awful honestly. Like it’s all one length with just a few strands shorter and not blended. I’m so upset with my hair and disappointed.

I absolutely loved my experience at Donato Salon and Spa at Don Mills! I been to this salon a handful of times! Each time, my experience has been nothing but great! The staff at the front counter greet all the customers with a smile and make.them feel welcomed! My stylist, Liana was just amazing!

I finally went to Donato for a haircut and it made my day!! The talented Aqsaa cut and styled my hair and she did a FABULOUS job. It’s been a couple of weeks and I still love my haircut - that’s because she was so kind to to guide me how to take care of my hair and style them in my own. The salon is chic and the nicest staff - special mention for the sweet and gorgeous store manager/owner. Looking forward to my next appointment! ❤️

From the moment I walked into Donato Salon I instantly felt welcomed. I was greeted right away, my coat was taken, and I was taken through the salon to my hairdresser, Jodi. We sat down and discussed what I wanted done to my hair and then we got started. Five hours later, I have never been happier with my hair. Jodi is FANATASTIC! Besides the fact that my hair turned out better than I expected, I didn't feel like I was there a long as I was. We had great conversation and she was consistently making sure that I was okay. Jodi did my balayage, roots, haircut, and of course the perfect beach wave curly. I recommend Jodi to everyone and anyone and I plan on going back to her anytime I need anything. Thank you Jodi you are the BEST!

This is only for Liana, I had an amazing experience with her, she discussed everything with me, very nice and patience hair stylist, loved her cut, will be visiting here more often.

My experience at Donato was amazing! The salon itself is stunning and the staff are very friendly. I got my hair balayaged by Tashana who was super lovely and thoroughly explained what was realistically achievable for my hair since I had box dyed it previously. I then had my hair cut and styled by Fresh who absolutely great! She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and really listened and executed what I asked for. Both these ladies were very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations, I will be back and 100% recommend them!

Horrible experience the mutilated my hair . The persons name was Fresh run far away from this woman . Not only did she butcher my hair , I told her several times she was going to short , then she just started taking chunks out of the back with a razor . New hairdresser said there nothing that can be done until it grows out a bit., she was horrible afterwards trying to blame me. Ben there own receptionist said it looked bad and nothing like I requested.

An excellent first time experience! Liana was really nice and professional. She saw the style I was going with and gave me recommendations on what changes should I make to improve the look.These days it's not that easy to find professional like her. I hope she'll be valued by her management accordingly.Would be very looking forward for the next appointment.
