Josh was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to show me images from my OCT scan and explain some of the data to me.

Really happy with the service and particularly chuffed with Josh Brown. He made me feel very comfortable and provided me with a great experience helping me pick out new specs. He listened to what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Eyes on Elmsdale!

Significantly more expensive (over $300) than other optical spots. Friend ordered from vogue same day I ordered here. They received their glasses in 9 days. I get a call in 9 days from Eyes in Elmsdake saying they lost our measurements and they have to be redone… oh and did I mention they didn’t even honour the quote they gave me??? Ended up adding $50 as they calculated wrong??? and !!!!! It will take 4-6 weeks to be ready! Go elsewhere.Update: they decided to cancel my order and advised they were refunding by cheque. It has been two weeks, no cheque received and was not refunded to my card. Filing complaints with BBB and a credit card dispute as they are now saying refund can take 4-6 weeks. That said, went to vogue and had out glasses in 9 days not 4-6 weeks like eyes on elmsdale anyways. Stay away!!!!

Josh and Deanna were exceptionally helpful when my girlfriend was getting glasses. She needed them as soon as possible for work and they went above and beyond to get them as quickly as possible.

I highly recommend Josh, Victoria, Dr. French and the rest of the staff at the Elsmdale location! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They also have a great selection and deals. We will be back for sure.

My wife has had the worst experience of her life dealing with eyes on Elmsdale . They still haven’t corrected the problem and refused to give her a money back. It’s been over a year. The worst service that we have ever experienced. We both wear glasses and I’ve been wearing them for at least 30 years..

Highly highly recommended. Such a friendly helpful staff they have. It’s been always a pleasant visit.
