These guys keep trying to post in our FB group and posting their Jobs but do not offer any Employee Assistance Programs. Mental health is obviously an issue here.

Worked for one week. Was told I'd be getting hands on training but instead cleaned the generators and the Drilling machine later to be laid off. Been a week plus now, was told to call back because they needed work but haven't heard nothing back from the Manager...will change the review once I figure out what's going on and why was I told they were looking to hire people for the rig? I didnt get a single hand on training on anything besides being told to this or that...Edit: I was just let go off. No training or nothing given for anything. Hired me by telling me ill be going to the rig, i fell for the old trick and then only did cleaning. When everything was done? Yeah you can go. One of the guys said I said to let me go because there isnt any work. This was said to their mechanic guy who I asked because for an hour I was asking the manager for work and he kept saying I dont know, find something to do so I asked the mechanic guy who works but they said that I said that to a manager which is a lie and its wrong to accuse others. This is Alberta, things like accusations, frame and abuse of authority is all very normal here...
