Shay made my apartment hunting experience in Toronto so easy. He was very responsive, and gave extremely helpful feedback on listings. He knows which buildings are good and which to avoid - something I really appreciated being new to the Toronto rental market. He provided helpful and prompt responses to my many questions, both during my search and after the lease had been signed. I would recommend Shay to anyone looking for rent in Toronto. With the current state of the rental market my hopes to find and secure a place that met all of my criteria were low but Shay helped me do just that! He was able to secure the first place I applied for against tons of other people. I was honestly shocked at how quick and easy the process was compared to the horror stories I’ve heard. Shay also provided honest information about each condo that I was interested in which I was really grateful for. I couldn’t have done it without him!

Had a two week deadline to find a place in Toronto and Shay made it happen in four days! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Very quick to respond to any texts/emails. We were nervous about the rental market but Shay helped us secure the first place we applied for. He was transparent throughout the whole process and helped us organize all of our documentation. It was our first time working with a realtor but Shay really went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Toronto.

I reached out to Shay after a bit of a shady experience dealing with a rental company directly. Shay was so helpful with the entire process, from what documents to organize, which neighbourhoods and buildings to avoid, to what tenant insurance I should go with. He ended up sending me a listing that wasn't yet on the market and ensuring I got my dream condo, all within a couple of days. He worked within my budget and was always available to answer emails, texts, and calls, and to clarify questions I had about my new lease. I cannot recommend Shay highly enough!
