we had gotten our wedding rings here & the day of our wedding our best man misplaced our rings. my now husband called Look Jewelers, told them our situation & without a hesitation they told him to send someone to come pick up some loaner bands for the day. we are so appreciative!!! our day went smoothly without the guests knowing what had happened that morning. thankfully the ring was found the following day. we are so grateful for Look Jewelers. I was very appreciative when we shopped for our wedding bands there, they helped me decided which band would compliment my engagement ring , my husbands band & then saved the day with the bands we had to borrow for the day. we are very impressed with not only the beautiful jewelry but the customer service is TOP KNOTCH! my mother-in-law said she will only go to Look Jewelers for future jewelry needs & she lives in North Carolina so that should speak volumes. We will be life long customers as well. Thanks again guys, you are the best!

I have been going to Look Jewelers for nearly seven years. Two weeks ago I purchased a ring from Tom. As usual, I got the best product, price, and service a person could ask for. I pretty much skipped out of the store because I was so happy! The customer service Tom offers, and the integrity he upholds, is so impressive. He will take the time to explain anything and everything to you in great detail until you are comfortable with your decision and purchase. There is no sales pressure at all. I highly recommend Look Jewelers for any and all jewelry needs. I am a very happy customer for life!

Definitely not a place to sell jewelry. You are better off going to a pawn shop. Prepare to be insulted and swindled.

Randy is amazing. He took the time and shared his expertise to make a beautiful garnet ring out of a older necklace. The ring is beautiful. Randy took the time to make sure the ring fit perfectly. His care and customer service was commendable! You must visit and bring your jewelry here. Randy is a master jeweler.

Wouldn’t bring my ring anywhere else. I had my wedding band altered and I made the mistake of not explaining well enough what I wanted. They were more than willing to work with me and get it the way I wanted it. Extremely pleasant even though I was a little pain and had it changed three times! Thank you so much for working with me. It is perfect!

I didn't walk in a big spender, my husband was getting a haircut and I went in to see if they could fix the bent crown on my wedding ring. The jeweler was super friendly and very knowledgeable - I would absolutely go here to purchase diamonds. The selection is awesome, I had a hard time walking out without buying anything. The fix to my ring was incredibly reasonable, $30!

I brought a sterling silver ring that I have worn for more than 20 years that had become completely misshapen and had started cutting my finger to Look Jewelers to see if they could bring it back to life. The ring had a design with holes throughout it that caused it to break several times over the years. Randy was able to add silver inside the ring, while maintaining the original look by antiquing the design. The ring is now a circle again, the inside of it is completely comfortable, and I highly doubt it is going to break again. This ring cost $20 originally, but has a lot of sentimental value. I am so incredibly happy with the work that was done on it. They were very fast and well-priced as well. Thank you so much for saving my special ring!

Had a wedding ring repaired and fused with an engagement ring. Quality of work was great, it was done in a couple days, and the price was very fair. We'll be going back here for any jewelry needs.
