I was a little sceptical moving over to Midas. I have been using the same large car dealership in Orillia for all my vehicle purchases and mechanical work for decades. After trying Midas the staff have proven themselves time and time again. Your workmanship and exceptional customer service will keep me coming back. You have mastered how to treat a customer and thats not easy to do. Great Job. Dave

I am pleased to write this review! I received impeccable service. I was dealing with Jason majority of the time. He got me great prices on my Pirelli tires and my brakes were fixed great and my car is totally safe. It took them 1 day and my car was ready even earlier than expected. They even gave me a drive home for free (thanks Lorry) and offered a pick up to retrieve my car. I am very happy with the customer service and they made my vehicle repair easy, Smooth. I was given advice and also recommendations for other upcoming repairs. I’m very happy with my service . Considering I was in doubt of where to bring my car in This small town, I was totally happy with services and will be going back for more !

I recently brought my 2019 GTI when I was passing through on a trip. I had an emergency from a pothole situation and Jason was able to help me in a pinch. He was very kind and accommodating and got me taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. Highly recommend this place, great customer service.

Went in on a Friday morning with seized brakes and while they were fully booked, Jason went above and beyond and diagnosed, and fixed my car super quickly and helped me so much, I can't thank him enough. He was a real life saver for me this long weekend. He was super kind , professional and understanding. Thank you Jason ! I have never had such good care anywhere else! I'll be back for sure !-Julian

Went today to have my winter tires put on. I had all seasons on the car which were extremely worn down, zero traction in the snow. My winter set are a couple seasons old but still have lots of life. One tire had a row of worn tred. Of course they brought that tire out to show me said that the tires were unsafe for winter driving however, they could sell me new tires for 1300 dollars. I've attached two photos of the tires, the four stacked is what I drove in with the other is what my winter tires I brought in looked like, minus one tire which had a tiny bit more ware. Midas told me that my winters were unsafe and then had me drive home with tires which were in much much worse shape. I went home and put the tires on myself. Took the car for a drive down several snowy streets and it handles perfectly. A night and day difference. I will never return to midas for anything and let everyone I can know about how I was denied service because they wanted to try and up sell me tires.

Needed an oil change, wasn’t able to do it myself because of the snow in our lot, always hesitant to go to “quick” oil change places, Midas was different! Friendly, convient, and didn’t try upsell or pull the wool over my eyes, I was able to watch the work being done, the lounge was comfy, there was good chitchat, very fair price, Owen may seem younger but he was as thorough as I’d like and amicable. Laura was super friendly and kind, fun and light hearted. Jason picks up quick and books really quickly! Great job! I'm not local, I drive from Muskoka to have my vehicles serviced at Orillia Midas since 2017. Jason and Laura get me in quick but don't overbook and have me waiting forever. The techs are awesome. They're always honest about what's urgent and what can wait. I'm a lifer. Clean, air conditioned waiting room with coffee, cold water and soft drinks on deck.

Didn’t get to use the business I booked an appointment online, it was confirmed, I even received a reminder about the appointment yesterday but they denied all knowledge of the appointment would not honour it and yeah so not happy and yet I wouldn’t recommend them they’re not honest I travelled 40 km to take that there for an appointment that was booked so and it was all for nothing.update ! on Sunday I received an E-mailThanking me for my business.unreal was treated so poorly :( never going there again. And wouldNOT RECOMMENDUPDATE !Appointment was my mistake. However I am still very disappointed in the level of service I have received, not once have I ever felt a concern for myself as customer. Just concern for and about their business. Would still not recommend and I will not be returning again. But as I said Mistake was mine, in the end. Just extremely poor service. They need to think more about there CUSTOMERS as their customers are their Business

I have used this Midas location many a time for both of my vehicles and highly recommend them. Lots of choices for appointments, no or very little waiting time for my scheduled appointment, quick service, comfortable waiting area and anything that they see, they explain and provide timelines and recommendations without being pushy whatsoever. I wish I could remember the young lady on the service desk (shame on me, because I should), but she is very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Haven't had a lot of contact with thetechnicians, but when I have, they have been great to deal with. Highly recommend this Midas location.
