A pleasantly painless, effortless experience for a change! Very friendly, courteous, as well as professional and super efficient!! Every time I've had to get new glasses in the last seven-eight years, it's been a flawless, easy going experience. I've always been told to return in a couple hours, or the next morning, always to be surprised by a phone call not more than an hour or two later, informing me that my glasses are already finished, and ready to be picked up. Top shelf in my books!! Excellence exentuated!! I highly recommend them to any and all, you'll be happy you I did when you do, I guarantee it 100%
