Ordered a pair of chef pants guy said they would have the pants in a week 3 times no phone call from the store to be like “we are sorry for the delay” after waiting close to a month and week yes a month for the pants I gave up and asked for my money back the person at the desk didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or explain why it was taking so long or anythingI should have drove to Kingston and got them there or better yet should have just ordered them on Amazon DON’T SHOP HERE !!!!!!!!!

What's the point of having a phone number? No one answers the phone

Extremely disappointed!!! After 40 years as loyal commercial customers of Russell Foods we will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Ordered equipment to be delivered by guaranteed date. Sales Rep said he didn't need to take a credit card at the time of order. Called back a day later to say he did need it. Everything still seemed okay. I messaged him the morning of delivery to make sure that everything was still okay. He told me that our fryer had been damaged at the warehouse. Spoke with his manager who said it wouldn't be delivered because we didn't pay at the time of order. Although payment was taken immediately, the refund has still not been received. The manager is checking with the IT department as he doesn't think I was ever told the fryer was damaged. Even though I shared a screenshot he is doubting my honesty. He said we should have spoken with someone in Ottawa instead of Montreal. Mistakes can be made but accountability and honesty sure would go a long way. Oh yeah, the reason I am confused is because covid is making this such a difficult time for everyone!

Helpful staff, clean and spacious, variety of products was good. I'm liking the new location. Since I am out of town it's important to be able to grab everything I need in a timely fashion so I can get to my next errand. 10 minutes and I was in an out.
