We had an IT company that we were dealing with for close to 6 years. Their service quality dropped and we decided to shop around. Came across ALT and right from the start we were very impressed with how professionally they handled the situation. We signed up for their managed support plan (going on almost 2 years now) and are very happy with everything they do and how they do it: it is night and day compared to what we’ve had before (even at the best of times!). They are honest in their approach, well organized, don't try to sell/replace equipment we don't need, their staff is in Ottawa and always available, etc, etc. Highly recommend to anyone looking for local IT support!
