Great company to deal with, owner is a pleasure!

Had them in as we have alot of damage to our foundation was quoted and appointment set up day before I recive a text looking to speak with owner of property to arrange payment I informed him I'm the property manager and will be the one paying him as the owner is.out of province now I'm stuck until I can get another contractor in to quote and set up not that it matters to him theres water flowing into my house ....not to mention that he completely forgot about our first appointment and never showed up then acted all shocked when I called a second time ... thanks for nothingAnd to your responce: As I said you should of said that before telling me to tear my walls out and booking an appointment to come do the work I'm and again I'm not the tenant I'm the property manager I've had plumbers ,electricians, roofers in here in last 4 months without a single problem until you...
