Cleanliness was great, no lines, no long wait time at least at the time of my visit, the security guard very helpful, customer service great.

They have the worst services i drove 2 hours to the brockton office with an appointment for 10 i was told at the front door that i have to call , when i called the line was down . The price of gas is way to high to be going anywhere never mind to be told to go home and call for another appointment because they dont have pro active systems in place

Rude customer service. I asked if I could pick up a benefits letter if I gave all the information. I was told no. I had to come in pick a number and waitOn hold for hours. Scheduled call back never happenedI wish there were zeros . Which us what this place is

We apply for the SSN more 2 months still did not get it。I called today 12-20-2021. ask questions for my wife SSN process。 the agent was not very friendly。I want to make appointment for help。 she said no and very rude to me . on letter shows that we can make an appointment. This will help us serve you more quickly.

They are careless. I requested a new social for my child and even though I had 3 different documents that showed the correct spelling of my child’s name they still misspelled it.

I have a disabled son and I just recently gave birth, bad enough I barely make enough to support two kids and dta wont help aswell. rent is high with increased bills and gas etc….. and they want to suspend his pay which isn’t fair so now when my son needs necessity things he will be screwed unless I get his care coordinator involved which may have to happen eventually.

They give me a appointment for February 21st President day which is a holiday, then lie to me saying they tried to call me back to reschedule. Unprofessional at best. There were 5 of us at the office on the morning of February 21st so they went able to get in contact with any of us to reschedule. REALLY SMH

I arrived at 10:49am and was met with tight security (which is a good thing). There were a lot of people there yet I was still out of the building by 11:35am. The woman who assisted me was polite, friendly, and most importantly HELPFUL. The negative reviews here don't reflect what I experienced today.

Today at 2:15 my mother had a phone appointment my mother she’s a elderly lady whith earring problems and dementia and she barely speack English soo I do understand them to have a translator to my mother until that point I was ok and I understand because it’s for privacy but this lady she is the most unprofessional person that I ever had on the phone and she was pretending that she couldn’t understand what I was saying because I do have a little accent because I’m Portuguese but my English is 100% perfect ……she was rude ….. on her voice I could say she’s a big racist over there……and probably hates her job they should train people like that to know how to deal whith people on the phone…..rude and no paciente

Terrible service my case worker is always ghost. The people at the windows either know your case or just don't give 2 craps. The guard's are nice as long as you behave. Had one lady once accuse me of trying to get double pay. Chick didn't know my case and when she saw that the dates didn't match she started asking how I'm making the money then. Like I said some rude @$$ people.
