Bought a new car here after my old VW crapped out. They were very good to me even though the old car was not purchased from there. Ming in service was great even though he didn't have good news he worked with me on options. Jordon Khan helped get me in a new car and was amazing. Very thorough, easy to communicate with and made things happen quickly. All in all great.

I bought my car from VW midtown yesterday and the entire experience was hassle free. My sales advisor was Manuel and I had a delightful experience, right from initial discussion until yesterday. He was always available to answer each one of my questions.I would also like to thank Carolyn from the Finance team for the smooth paperwork process. She had all the documents ready by the time I reached and cared to explain each of those documents.The entire delivery process was a breeze thanks to Manuel and Carolyn. Highly recommend VW MidTown.

Have been coming to this dealership for years, but management must have changed because their service used to be great. My next car will definitely be coming from another dealership. Zero customer service. I have been trying to BUY my car from them at the end of my lease and can’t get anyone to return my phone calls. Nobody there seems to know what they’re talking about. If you want any kind of follow up after they take your money, go to another dealership.

The parts department were one of the most helpful people I have come across when buying parts for my car. They took the time to talk to me and figure out what exactly was needed. Even after purchasing the parts I had more questions and they were happy to continue helping me. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your needs, especially parts.

I recently purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport from VW Midtown Toronto. My experience was greatly enhanced by the very helpful sales agent, Mr. Jordan Khan. This young man gave amazing service to me, explaining all the steps involved, keeping me constantly informed by e-mail , phone messages and personal calls. He definitely made the buying experience very pleasant, relaxing and trouble free. In the beginning I was very stressed, but my anxieties were put to rest by Jordan’s constant attention to my personal needs.
