2016 had the windshield replaced. BE CAREFUL...when I picked up the car I was told the cabin filter needed replacing and they took it upon themselves to replace it WITHOUT GETTING MY CONSENT. How do I refute it once they say it's been done? It cost me 49.95 plus tax. Today, I finally found the bill. So ticked that I found it so much later or I would have argued this years ago. Saw a special on TV that this is a scam that happens quite often. Shame on this franchise and the person behind the counter for taking advantage!

I was TOLD they would be applying the rain repellent during the windshield replacement, so I assumed it was part of the job and part of what I was quoted at no extra charge. I was not ASKED if I wanted it. My invoice shows that I paid for it even though I was not ASKED if I wanted it. I was told they would be supplying complementary" wipers when they replaced the windshield. My invoice shows that I paid another $25.00 each for something that was supposed to be "complementary". In total

Quick and speedy efficient service at repairing my small windshield chip can barely see where it was. Also purchased an upgraded protection product to my glass windows was a great add on suggestion I would highly recommend this service to friends and family. Overall good experience

Excellent service and made a big effort to get me in so I could wait for my car. I was 45 minutes late for my appointment due to delays earlier in the day but they made it happen!! Best glass service I've ever had.

Went to Speedy Glass in Burlington to have a tech quickly look at a repair for my rear view mirror that had fully detached from the windshield and Paul along with his team were extremely courteous and helpful. Awesome customer service!!!!

I had the unfortunate luck of having my windshield broken. In a panic, I ended up at Speedy Glass in Burlington. I can’t stress enough how positive my experience was. The employees who do the window replacement/installation are amazing. But the experience was even that much more with the staff manning the front desk and phones. Tori, Tamryn and Jennifer - thank you for putting me at ease and managing my claim in the utmost professional, efficient and friendly manner.

Update: Chris did everything to follow up and to order an OEM glass. Thanks for keeping mr posted. I am hoping this would end well.******Choose this location over Brantford seeing good rating. Drove all the way from Brantford and realize they have ordered wrong windshield. I did not feel they were bothered much about me going out of pocket with fuel+uber fees, time off taken from work etc. When you have big expectations, sometimes you face disappointment. I am back on the road, feeling unsafe, my weekend trip is now ruined. Very sad
