Stellar customer experience here! I forget the lovely associate who helped me but my son and I popped in a couple weeks ago while I was waiting for work on my car to be completed. We were able to wander around and look at everything and we both felt so welcome. The associate was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with the buckwheat pillows which I ended up purchasing for my son! We will definitely be back, keep up the amazing work! :)

Love this store for all of the things I would otherwise have to order online. Very knowleadgable staff, especially when it comes to baby carriers! Would give 5 stars if it weren't for their weird return policy with carriers, returns for store credit only.... very strange and discouraged me from buying one from there... especially because if you order one online from them they have risk free purchasing for carriers.

I’ve shopped here for YEARS! Staff are always amazingly friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products. They spend a lot of time researching the best products, can tell you why they’re the best, and that all means you can shop there knowing you can save time and get premium products.

This is the store we go to for all of our cloth diaper and natural baby care needs! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They even remember my name! They have a great selection of items and their incentive program is a really great perk!

Business owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will guide and assist you with everything you need. It’s so great to have a family owned and local shop where I can get everything in one place, from toys, clothing, and books to all of my postpartum needs. This is a very unique shop with things you just can’t find anywhere else. Most definitely recommend!!

This store is more than just a spot to find beautiful, quality, often Canadian-made products for babies, children, and parents; the friendly staff are well-informed and always able to direct to the items we need! I would especially recommend for skincare products for the kids: sunscreen, bug spray, ointments. I trust the products at PBN because I know they've been vetted before being sold here.

What an amazing store! Wonderful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Took so much time to help me, even though we showed up only an hour before closing (my apologies..it's really hard to get places in a timely manner with a brand new baby!). Everything in the store was great, I wish I had had a chance to go before giving birth (they have the cutest beaver design Tula carrier!). I will be back again and again!

Went in today and was helped by Arcadia. She was extremely knowledgable and helped answer my many questions about cloth diapering, carriers, and infant swaddles. She made excellent suggestions based on mine and my husband's lifestyle and gave me a wealth of information. So impressed with this customer service, all products were well stocked and the store was very clean and tidy. Very happy to have found this store, can't wait to come back!

Such a great store!! The lady working was very friendly and helpful! I found exactly what I went in for, plus more! I'll definitely be returning and I've already told quite a few people about this hidden little Gem in Barrie!
