Today I had a follow up appointment with physiotherapist Mina. As usual, I left his cabinet in much better shape than when entered. Highly recommend!

Won't go anywhere else for therapeutic massages, Nicole is fantastic. She is excellent at treatment for migraines, tension headaches, and TMJ symptoms. The whole staff is kind and attentive, definitely a must for anyone looking for massage, chiro, etc. in the area.

Nicole Billet was snoring during my massage so I am assuming she fell asleep. It felt like she was not giving any massage whatsoever. She uses only hand at a time and if you ask her to apply more pressure, she uses her elbows to a point that it hurts and makes you regret asking for more pressure.

Very much enjoyed a 60 min massage from Cherry! She gave me a great massage by stretching and focusing on tight areas in my neck, head and shoulders, then the rest of my body. I was very tense but after felt so much relief and she adjusted her pressure to me as I prefer light to medium pressure. The place is clean, atmosphere is nice with music and ladies at reception are friendly. Really appreciate that they do direct billing to my insurance. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I will recommend this place 100%. Yalda and Jessica provide a very good massage. Clean and well organized place. The office will remind us a day before the appointment.

I don’t normally post reviews however I felt it was important to share my experience. Simply put, Dr. Ali has a gift. He is incredibly in tune with the body and how it all functions. I’ve been to several osteopaths over the years and no one compares to Dr. Ali. He is extremely professional, kind and talented. I appreciate how he adapts his treatments depending on my bodies needs that day, sometimes incorporating visceral technique and cranial massage too. In a short time he has been able to get to the bottom of my issues when no one else could. I am so grateful for his immense ability and his approach to healing. He wants to get you better and he does just that! I highly recommend that anyone struggling with unresolved issues/pain see him at least once. You will be happy you did. Thank you Dr. Ali.

Definitely recommended. Staff are nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable and practitioners know what they’re doing. I had a session of deep tissue massage with Yalda and it was just great. Thank you Ultima.

Had a massage with Jessica, absolutely fabulous. She did not make small talk and let me be in the moment. Adjusted for pressure very well. would go again
