As a new immigrant to Canada, finding the right accommodation can be a daunting task. I was referred to Deepak by one of friends and I’m so glad that I had Deepak and Yashita to help me navigate a tough rental market in Toronto. They were very professional, friendly and immensely patient with my demands, and were highly responsive throughout the search. This would help at the time of closing a lease etc. since time is of essence and gathering them at the time of closing the deal can get a bit tricky.

We have been living in a place for the last 3 years and we had to move out of the house at the last minute due to some personal reasons.
