Poor communication. Slow subcontractor payout(months), i had to open a contractors lien on the jobsite. Kept getting the runaround on when to expect pay. magically got paid the next day AFTER sending a notoce to the customer and signing not to take action. RAJ, FRANK OR ANKIT communicated to all 3 the entire time (i have text and email pics)i showed frank when he said I should have reached out and ask about the pay and was t9ld raj was in india etc.. pics showed I DID exactly that to all of them but never or date other rgen soon or ill check. Rates paid were settled to less than agreed, travel rates less than agreed.Frank even thretend to use the non compet contract because i notified the property owners of my intent to open a lien to seek payment (a legal requerment and the only legal avenue of compensation for a subcontractor in Ontario.Alot i should do but no ownerships of their role.
