Great experience! Had an appointment booked for 4pm and only had to wait 1 minute before getting to my pre-exam. The receptionist/practitioner at the front desk was extremely kind and quick. Both my pre-exam practitioner and eye exam practitioner were also very polite and kind. Overall an excellent experience. Everything is very clean as well.

I recently visited Dr degelman and FYI, downtown Saskatoon for routine eye exams and contacts and glasses update. My entire experience was handled very professionally and friendly. All follow up was done as promised. Dr Degelman and the entire staff that I encountered were exceptional. Dr Degelman set me up with awesome contacts that are not uncomfortable for me. I am not sure but I think the customer service with some of the younger ladies probably under 35 yrs of age need to be a little more helpful. My spouse went for her appointment, she has always had a great experience... Until today. The customer service for help to pick out her glasses was terrible. She wasn't even given any options if she wanted any of the extra water repellent/scratch resistant features for her lenses. Even though in my spouses case could be covered so far. But this recent experience was not a good one, especially this lady made us feel uncomfortable. Conversation wise, was pretty well unwelcoming. If staffing doesn't ensure quality customer service I honestly wouldn't recommend going here. Please bring back all the staff that was there a year ago. Bright cheery lovely ladies.

Great service and great selection of glasses. Today I was in a rush and without thinking ordered a 6 month order of contacts. About an hour later, someone from the office called me back to ask if maybe I just wanted three months instead, as that is what I do regularly. With my coverage, every three months works best - I thought this phone call was above and beyond what an optomitrist office is expected to do! Exceptional!

Appreciated the time and expertise of Céleste when I recently purchased glasses. She double checked with my optometrist to make sure the lens choice would be correct for me. Went the extra mile to ensure a certain frame was available. Highly recommend

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at this FYIDoctors location! I have been seeing Dr. Berger for the past couple of years, and she is a great doctor: thoughtful, personable, and funny. You can tell she really cares about her patients. When I went in for my appointment yesterday, she helped me navigate the different types of lenses available and only suggested upgrades when they were truly necessary, being mindful of my budget concerns. She is always very thorough when it comes to discussing my eye health, which I appreciate as a person with a few extra risk factors. I also had a wonderful experience with Sidney, who helped me pick out sunglasses frames and let me know about an ongoing sale. He was friendly and explained everything very clearly. I would absolutely recommend this optometrist!

Had to replace a lens because it kept falling out. When it fell out it was scratched and they replaced it at no charge. Good deal friendly staff and no waiting.
