They need to read the screen n follow directions... every time I go there they screw up my tea I'm so sick of having to go back to a Tim's to get it changed... tell ur staff to pay attention to what they r doing

Went here this morning and the lady taking orders at the drive thru sounded impatient and rude. I asked for a simply sausage with cheese. Said there’s no sausage ready (6:25am). She told me I could substitute for bacon so I did. Then she asked me to repeat my order, told me cheese comes on a simply sausage/bacon sandwich (pretty sure it doesn’t), then I got a regular breakfast sandwich with egg when I got to the window.Don’t think I’ll come to this tims again. Service is slow, staff are impatient, quality sucks.

1pm asked for a decafe coffee, zhubby ordered regular coffee. Regular coffee hot and fresh but decafe was very cool and appetizing. Server did not seem to care.

I used to work at 298 memorial ave Tim's its disgusting the manger told the staff not to wash the vegetables because it's a waste of time, they found a cockroach by the sand which station, food gets lefted out for days and the staff have no idea what there doing half the time cause management doesn't take the time to train anyone. The staff is so mean all the time because we get lefted there with no manger/supervisor, understaffed and no training. I took the videos down below right before I quit cause it was not the first time I came to work after days and it was still the same tin. DONT get the cold brews or anything with lemonade!!

Super unbelievably slow!!!!! I was at the drive through for over half a hour till it was my turn. It literally takes about 5 minutes per customer. I thought Tim Hortons is a fast food restaurant

Totally ridiculous,, come to tims to get an iced cap and they don't have any. Then try and order a hazelnut cold brew and their out of that . Now I gotta sit in the line up to get out for 10 minutes or longer to go to a place that has something I want

I’ve always gone through the drive thru, and shared laughs with the employees serving me.But this review is for another-mentionable experience. My daughter who frequently visits this Timmys, left the store without her wallet, through a post on face book pleading for the wallet to be returned, we found it! It was turned in and put away for safe keeping. Our faith in humanity is still within us. Thanks to , Amanda ( our main Facebook lead) and thank you to manager and owner Jen& Carolyn. The gentleman was rewarded for his honesty, from the store. Thank you is just not enough!! Tim Hortons on Memorial ave is one of the Best!

Don't have two drive thru open if you're going to ignore the second one. Waited about 3-5 minutes in the left hand lane, a truck pulls up in the right lane and someone takes their order almost immediately.Walked to Atherly Tim's the other night and waited in line again for about 5 minutes while a lady decided to mop the floor instead of go on counter- drive thru looked busy and had 2 people running around who couldn't necessarily help.Ended up leaving both times without even ordering lol

Best customer service we’ve ever received at a Tim Hortons. We’re from out of town and the woman working the counter today july 9th around 6pm was so nice and professional. Our sandwiches were fresh and this is the first place where they’ve cut them in half and marked the one with special instructions. Highly satisfied!

Was just there. No donuts left. A couple of muffins, no smile cookies. Nothing to buy and staff not happy. And it's not 7pm yet. They need help
