I wish I could give Ball and Sons 6 stars. I can't say enough good things about how them. They have helped me out so many times, I have lost track and they are very reasonably priced. They just, yesterday, helped me out when nobody else would. They also helped my elderly neighbor with her air conditioner when nobody else would. She was so very happy with the price and work they provided. Seriously, don't call anybody else, no need!

Good guys, fixed the furnace one day with a couple of parts. Furnace went off in the middle of the night. Came back very fast the fixed what the problem was.

We had Ball & Sons conduct a furnace tune up and I am very pleased with the service. Prior to my retirement, I spent numerous years in the electrical trade including management and in my opinion, I have a good understanding of customer service. The office called us prior to the tech arriving. The technician, Eric, displayed excellent customer service. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided home owner preventative maintenance procedures going forward. Awesome service. Have been using them for close to 25 years. They came recommended from my father in law the first I had a furnace problem. Technicians always very friendly and helpful with advice, recommendations and how to fix things myself. In weather like we have been having lately they are truly knights in shining armour!

This organization was great to work with. They were on time, polite and well priced.It did take them two separate visits to fix the problem with the furnace, however they did accept responsibility for the mistake made on the first visit, fix the problem in a timely manner and discounted the bill accordingly.Me and my Dad had the pleasure of talking to Ball and Sons and on all occasions they were polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
