My brother used this law firm in a child custody case within the last 6 months. Miguel racked up over $7k in fees and my brother’s wife was able to successfully relocate their child almost 3,000 miles away in another country. Do not retain this firm unless you want to lose custody of your child and light your wallet on fire.

I’ve worked with a few other lawyers and I can honestly say Miguel is the best one I’ve ever worked with. Miguel assisted me with my family law matter and was so knowledgeable and kind to me throughout the whole process. He really listened to me and I felt he really empathized with my situation. My brother went to meet with Miguel regarding his high conflict divorce.Miguel was highly professional but does not like or take on high conflict divorces. This was not disclosed on his website or when speaking to the receptionist.Miguel has wonderful reviews, which is why we chose him. We wish we would have known this before wasting precious time and resources on finding out he doesn’t take high conflict.The cost for the consult was $450.I’m not saying don’t book with Miguel, as I am sure he is great at what he does, but make sure you ask questions before booking the consult if you have a high conflict divorce.
