Reception was kind and straightforward, Dr was very professional. A guy was freaking out while I was waiting about the long wait, but it is a walk-in clinic. Everything was clean and I got exactly what I needed from my visit. Excellent

When looking for a new doctor several years ago we were referred here. My husband goes to Dr. Jim and I see Dr. Sue. We could not be happier with the care and attention we receive. Dr. Sue is so thorough and warm and welcoming, so easy to talk to. The front office has always been polite, kind and efficient. I have also had occasion to see the nurse and she is wonderful too. Just a great Doctors office all around!

Kasia Nowakowski is a wonderful family physician. She is kind, compassionate and thorough. She is by far the best family doctor I’ve ever had. She works with you to understand your circumstances. She speaks and explain medical terms so that it’s easy to understand.

Unfortunately when we started with this clinic it was fabulous, they have now become so big you can not reach them by phone, you are supposed to book on line but do not even know who you are supposed to book an appt with as the team is so large. We used to be able to email or call and get an appt sometimes same day or with an a couple days now to get an appointment you are looking weeks out. Very disappointing, too big to provide compassionate care anymore. :( I hope things will get better as they find ways to navigate this now very large team! The team themselves (anyone I have dealt with) is good and does the best they can but unfortunately they are worked beyond what they can handle.

Dr. Wang is an amazing Family Physician. I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have a Doctor as knowledgeable, compassionate and timely as him. The office is large, modern and clean. They even run an after-hours clinic to accommodate patients who work daytime hours. I've had nothing but good experiences here and think this is an exceptional model of what a Family Practice can look like.

MacLean is the only doctor there I recommend who I only accidently got because my doctor was away and I am extremely thankful for her and was finally able to get on the right track to the treatment I needed. On the other hand Nowakowski in my experience has zero concern for patients, tells false timelines and would much prefer to be friends than a doctor caring for you. I hope she learns to take accountability for her actions and provide better care for her future patients. When approaching the Manger of the office about concerns with my doctor I had to reach out twice before getting an answer" where the manager did not care about the situation and didn't care to know what was going on. So disappointing."

I’m very lucky to be looked after by this clinic.Truly, my family doctor K.Nowakowski saved my life .She is very compassionate ,professional,highly skilled.It’s not difficult to noticed that she loves what she does.People like her and her Proffesional staff in the office are very hard to find! Ladies thank you for helping me to manage my health matters!Dr.K.Nowakowski works with you through many challenges till you get better or can manage your condition!They will listen to you and your concerns openly and patiently.They are never afraid to help their clients and make extra miles for your needs.I know they helped me to manage my health and mostly life!They are Angels from above!Always on duty for us!Thank you so much for your care!Me and my family appreciate your care!

This whole office is super kind and compassionate. I’ve been going her for 10+ years and can’t recommend them enough! Special shout out to Dr. Nowakowski and nurses Megan and Andrea because they’re extra awesome and make you feel heard every time you have an appointment!

Made time to know me and my family health history.Not only did she gained my 100 % trust but I felt whatever happens to me , I know I am are in very good hands.She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Medications needed, blood tests to monitor my issues, and other issues that I wasn’t made clear before her.She was also kind, friendly and so professional .
