They gave me a normal coffee when I asked for decaf probably because they don't speak much english there and got confused, I mentioned the error and they gladly replaced it and gave me a coupon for a free coffee also, very polite staff.

I ordered two breakfast at drive through. My order was handed to me in a bag that was too small, so much so that the bag got torn while reaching to get the hash browns was that placed beneath the bag. All the food got spilled on ground right in front of the manager. She did not give me a replacement. Avoid this location. The customer service is below par.

Horrible Experience every time. Horrible service. Every single time I go here they manage to mess up something. Online says they're open till 8pm. Drive through 24/7, which is definitely not the case. I went at 3pm and they were closed. Or if by chance they are actually open they don't have basic menu items. Don't speak English. Worst Tim's in St Eustache.

Very dirty place, the service is not clean, the guy was touching the food by his hands with no gloves, he gave us the box dirty with chocolate everywhere from his hands, and some liquid above the box, it was a sick experience !!!! It's not like other Tim at all. Unfortunately.
