Beautiful neighborhood with lots of cute houses in various styles and colors. Clean and mostly quiet. Very enjoyable by just strolling around.

A beautiful place just to walk around with plenty of benches, shady trees and the fountain in the centre which just adds to the beauty of this park. Definitely a place where you can relax and read a book or watch the world go by.

Saint-Louis Square
Square Saint-Louis is one of the prettiest public spaces in the city. It's a small and popular neighborhood park. The look and feel are reminiscent of European parks, but the houses around it are typical of Montreal. Many were built towards the end of the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth centuries. They are very well maintained as is the park and the whole neighborhood. If there's a fairy tale setting in Montreal, this square is definitely it.

worth to make a trip to see colorful and cute Victorian houses here. You really can't find similar houses elsewhere.

Lovely park located between my city walk from old port and Mount Royal. You can have a rest here before you continue to explore the city, and there is a small but dedicated cafe. The fountain is also impressive.

Such a peaceful place with locals and tourists alike are taking a break, chatting, having coffee or lunch. I was able to stay in one of those apartments built in 1880s which is facing the park for a few days, and hearing the sound of the fountain in the background at night was quite pleasing. It’s close to so many things which makes the park much more attractive.

Yeah... I'm not used to actually giving a 5-star review to a park, of all places. Yet... this was worth it. There were houses (photo attached) of many colors. The square has a real history. There's a sizable water fountain. There's a small coffee shop with stuff to eat I even saw a pigeon nesting in the hollow of a tree. Take in the scenery; kick back; wander around.

Great park with lots of shade and trees, a fountain and surrounded by the amazing victorian houses of Le plateau montroyal. Just beside the metro station, perfect place to come read or eat your takeout

A relaxing and beautiful small park with lots of pigeons and squirrels. A small kiosk sold coffee is near the fountain in the center.
