One of the legs on my stool became a little split without actually breaking. Nathan James sent me a replacement stool at no cost to me! The customer service is so amazing too. All of my emails were responded to momentarily. The Customer Happiness Rep, Leyla, even emailed to see how my new stool looked once it was put together! I highly recommend purchasing any of your furniture needs from this company. I will definitely use them again.

Bought the white and gold ladder book shelf. It looks way more expensive than it actually was and it was really easy to put together and install. I've already ordered a second one and hope the ladder desk will be back in stock soon!

I originally found this brand on Amazon, but chose to buy directly from the site instead. I bought the nesting coffee tables and love them! They are not made of the highest quality wood, but they are perfect for my first apartment, especially given the price. Shipping was fast and it was super easy to put together by myself.

The customer service at Nathan James is amazing! I purchased the Theo 4 shelf floating bookcase and it was beautiful and easy to assemble. I had to move and while I was able to take the bookcase with me, I had to leave the hardware behind in the wall. I called Nathan James customer service just to inquire about the hardware to buy (I was planning on just buying it) and instead they sent me whole new hardware! They also had great communication and kept in contact updating me on when the hardware would arrive, and followed up to make sure I got it. Cannot recommend their products higher, and if you need them, know that you are in good hands!

I looked for a year for the perfect shelves for my living room and finally found them. The Theo shelf looks great and was easy to install. We did three together and they look like one single shelving unit. All the instructions and communication from Nathan James are very user friendly. Highly recommend!

You get what you are paying for regarding price. It’s mid range, mid quality, but perfect for anyone on a budget but still wants something that looks great!!There was an issue in my first delivery with a piece missing. Absolute easiest customer service team I have EVER dealt with. Were awesome on the phone, and then very quick and easy to organise through email. They even followed up sent me a follow up to make sure I got the replacement piece. Was so easy and hassle free, it was almost unbelievable.Most definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely loved our shelf! We use it as a wet bar in our living room. It's very beautifully designed and easy to assemble! It also arrived faster than expected. Thank you!!

We bought a Nathan James bar cart and loved the way it looked. High quality materials and ridiculously easy to put together compared to the competitors. We were so happy with the product that we ordered an ottoman/coffee table from them as well. Again, so easy to put together and fits the modern theme of my apartment. I have my feet up on it as I am writing this review. I never write reviews, but felt I needed to because more people should know about Nathan James and their reasonably priced, quality products.

Great company with competitive pricing and high quality products. Purchased three counter stools for kitchen remodel. Stools arrived as promised delivery date. Once I assembled the stools I was very impressed with the quality.

I received the Nathan James Carlie 5-Shelf Bookcase Display which was purchased from Amazon as a gift from my mom for my nursery. I was instantly obsessed with how beautiful the bookcase was. Unfortunately, there were a few imperfections on it. I contacted the actual Nathan James customer service team (not Amazon) and they were extremely helpful! They resolved my issue super quickly!! I didn’t have to take the bookshelf apart and ship it back to them like most places would require.Instead, they sent me what I needed to have a perfect bookcase. I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful this bookcase is and how incredibly amazing customer service is! They are very responsive and friendly. They answer all of your questions and resolve your issue. They are very kind and friendly. And on top of all this, they sent me Godiva chocolate (literally my favorite chocolate! Don’t know how they knew that lol). It was the sweetest gesture to open my mailbox and see chocolates from this company. I was beyond happy with their customer service even before this incredibly nice gesture.The bookcase is nice, heavy duty wood and each shelf can take a lot of weight! It’s perfectly made for my little indent space in my nursery. I often pass by the room and look at how good it looks.I can’t emphasize how highly I recommend this company!! I don’t need any other furniture at the moment but knowing they have your back without making it difficult, I will definitely be shopping with them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.
