Amazing dealership!Purchased a car Jetta last week from them and we are very happy with the service received. I believe our sale representative was Pierre and he was nothing but honest. Amazing guy!Dealership is very transparent with everything so you definitely know what you are paying unlike other places where there is hidden fees in the contract!They were very understanding, Martine was very kind and very approachable.Overall, great experience. Worth the drive from Montreal to purchase a car!

I brought my car for a full diagnostic twice and each time this particular dealership said there wasn't a problem with the car, B.S! Go to Garage Nat Inc in Deux-Montagnes! They found the problem and specializes in Volkswagen! Major repairs were needed, Tim belt pump etc It was all fixed for reasonable prices. Thanks for nothing lachute, Incompetence or liars is what you can expect from lachute Volkswagen dealership

This was the 4th VW dealer I visited looking for a used Passat. I was planning on visiting 2 more that had the car I was looking for , but didn't need to.Their service and professionalism is top notch. No pressure, honest and clear transactions.I still have to pick up my Passat, but I'm sure everything will be fine.Great experience with Martine in financing, Pierre in sales, Yan and everyone else.Very recommended

I normally never post any reviews but I felt the need to do so for VW Lachute. What great service from my first call in, to delivery of my new 2021 VW Atlas. Normand my representative was a pleasure to deal with (cool guy) as well as Martine who takes care of all the paperwork not to forget Yan who was a gentleman. If you want service and no pressure sale this is the place you want to go. I highly recommend and will definitely refer anyone looking for a VW to go see my new friends because that's how you feel dealing with them.

Very disappointed after buying used inventory. Bought Honda Accord from them which i thought was a good deal and best price. However, after using for 2 months realized that the car is consuming engine oil. I specifically asked if there is any problem regarding engine but they replied none and it is safe. Never buy from them.

Always get super service at VW Lachute. Bought our car from Normand in 2017 and got a great car! All repairs done there even though we live over 80km away. The service department is staffed by Harry, also a super guy always ready to help. They really go the extra mile for service. And the friendly atmosphere is relaxing, you are treated like family there. Need a new car or repair for your VW, go and see the gang at VW Lachute!
